They give advice on how to player rocket league like a pro player, how to get better at 1v1 rocket league and how to improve in rocket league in general. The gameplay is obviously showing how much better they are than me, and very clearly shows how pro rocket league player and top 100 players are so much better at the game.

Their social media are listed below. I seriously hope you enjoy today's video, I hope you take in all of their 1v1 tips and advice and learn from them how I did. Their 1v1 tips and knowledge are pretty insane and it would be a mistake to not go into this video without a pen! Honestly unsure man, maybe he just needs to grind 1s more and really dedicate to it as a gamemode. It might be because he knows the way you play and counters it instead of playing against new opponents each game
@Euler's Identity 1s is a very honest game mode, if he is stuck in D1, he is playing at D1 level. Since he seems to be way better mechanically and in game sense than his opponents, I think he is just tilting. maybe he loses his calm when he get scored by a slower player or get really nervous when hit Div. IV and can't perform properly. In a friendly environment he is relaxed and can perform at his best. The best way to verify it is to watch a demo of him playing a game against you and after that watch the demo of a ranked game that he losed.
@@joaorafaeloliveira1781 or it's bs
@Euler's Identity maybe its his mindset. If I was playing someone I know then I would play differently. Also, what is you and your c2/d3 friend's 2s and 3s ranks? Because if your plat3 friend is a higher rank in those gamemodes, he may feel that he should win, so he does. It's all about the mindset for me, but that's just a theory
I did stay till the end thanks for the content
Thanks for making this video, and inviting me to be a part of it! It was a pleasure :)
You're a legend m8
Thank you for the training pack!!!
Awesome to have you on board! Would love to work together again!
You’re so kind =)
my dad right here
Was fun taking part in this video :) sorry if it is difficult to understand me, that is due to the fact that I've got braces so it is a bit difficult to articulate well..
Hope everyone enjoys and can start improving :D
You're allgood man!! Was awesome having you on board!!!
Sick!
Your gameplay speaks for yourself
I feel the pain of the brackets but yeah I pay attention.
Thanks for taking the time Joreuz! Big tips!
Really like the style of this video, just pure information straight from the pros not to glossed but still done in a nice way
Thank you dude!!
I'd love if yourself and ranny could make a tutorial on shooting, getting powerful, accurate shots is something that I find difficult
Would love to work with the man again, will have to chalk something up in the near future!
I would be down for this! My shooting tutorial video is a bit outdated :)
C Mac wow u really out here gettin both of them to respond damn
1/2 for you my friend... And now we play the waiting game
@@cdawg270 fk u you're never getting me to reply muahaha
Yoooooooo so glad this came out, definitely gonna hit up 1s after this.
Always love the vids👍👍
Thank you dude!! ❤️
Man, i am never let down by your videos, you did a great jobs choosing people that had lots of insightful advice and kept things interesting, mad props to you and all of the interviewees
Thank you so much dude!
Joreuz notes:
-Whats the thing that helped you most?
Demo's and bounce dribbles.
-What 3 things do you think people should focus on?
Try to keep possession as much as possible (rolling it back etc.), Fake/early challenges, Dont go for too risky plays.
-What drills or training did you use to improve?
Just hop in ranked and focus on a specific mechanic.
-Shooting pack: 5A61-5289-FD96-5884
-Powerslide recovery
FINALLY MAN! Been waiting for this since u announced it!
Hope you enjoy it!!
@@Thanovic Im really bad and just play casually with friends and even then your channel has been insanely helpful. Thank you
King Ranny was SUCH a nice and chill guy. holy moly! really likeable person!
Thanovic you're definitely one of the best rocket league UA-camr, and most certainly on top when it comes to useful tips videos, this one made me really want to play 1s again and focus 😊💪
I appreciate that! Thank you!
The long interview form of this video is really cool. This was one of my favorite videos you’ve made.
I love how at 16:58 joreuz demonstrates in game exactly what he’s talking about, reminds me of a scrub clip where he did the same on stream
Yeah I was just laughing aye
He also demonstrated it at 16:18 LUL
And 14:05
Not a pro, but a gc in 1's
I think the biggest and most common mistake I see in my opponents is playing more aggressively when they start losing
It works in 2's, it works in 3's, but in 1's it works the opposite way
It's very easy to read them, and usually it all goes downhill for my opponent from there
One of the best tutorials/tips videos I've seen! Great work man
Maybe consider also doing the same concept with 2v2s? Might be interesting as well
Potentially doing 2s at some point!
Was here in silver 3 first time, now that I'm plat, I'm willing to listen to the advice of some pros
Ayyy im here remember me ive played you almost 4 times now in ranked, this is an awesome vid to be posting with all the tips and tricks on how to get better in detail. i dont normally see much pros really doing much
Hey man, had some good games today!
Honestly i could listen to these pros go on about 1s for hours, 40 minutes just doesn't do it justice. I'm always trying to improve at 1s in particular (to the point of ignoring the other modes...) and i think i can take the advice of all these guys and really get far, thanks thanovic and anyone else who was in the video who sees this.
Glad the vid can help man!!
COLBZ this is Druee
Watched all the way to the end! I’ve put more hours into RL than most of my friends who are C1/C2 while I range from D1-D3. They’re all a lot more aggressive than me, better at dribbling/flicking, more accurate at shooting, and better at reading plays. My main strength is defending because most of my matches my friends or random teammates are often breaking rotation and any time I finally decide to push up, they do too and we get scored on. I NEVER play 1’s, so I’m really hoping it helps me all around as a player. I also need to do more training packs/extra modes maps. I had significant improvements to my game when I would practice for an hour or two every day, but most of the time as soon as I get on, my friends invite me right away and we jump straight into matchmaking. Also, their casual MMR or however that works is way higher than mine, so I usually get annihilated when I join lobbies with them, but at least after those matches I’m quite a bit better than most people my rank. This game has so much to learn and so many ways to improve!
you probably have a major flaw in your game sense where you are very passive and don’t rotate at all, so when you do decide to push up your teammate doesn’t expect it. but this is just a guess. my point is that we usually don’t see our own mistakes.
Every time i watch a video from you i get so motivated to grind more.
Keep up the great content ❤
Thanks dude!!! ❤️
Just got back into rocket league 3 weeks ago after not playing for two years, I'm gold in 1's thank you very much for the tips and just the chill video. 😊 your my favorite RL youtuber.
ive been gc 3s for awhile. just got gc 2s last night. perfect time to see this video
KingRanny was spot on with how you can improve. I am casually watching your following matches with Joreuz and you set yourself up several times for 45 flicks and did a regular slow flick. I think you would slay with some 45 flicks.
Man can't thank you enough for this Video. The explanations, the questions, everything was so understandable and I took like little notes for my own RL Guide to improve myself.
I saw your community post about people disliking the video if their favourite player wasn't in it. But I don't think you ever had to worry the players you have are great, really nice video :D
Had some incredible lads in on this one! Thanks for the kind words man
I really appreciate Joreuz advice on tuii in bling about improving and not the rank. Helped me a lot
I really like these kind of helpful and insightful videos about improving and hitting bangers and flicks and air dribbles and training and whatnot. Plus you won't get much advice from top 100 players or pros by searching on the internet. The drills they did, things they focussed on, how long it took for them to improve on that one mechanic and shit. Keep up the good work, you're going great
Thanks man!!! ❤️
I really needed this video. I’m a 1s player but I spent most of my hours in casual. I only just started playing ranked consistently after already wasting 2k hours and it’s been painful, so painful. Never played at such intensity. So hard advice like this is appreciated. One of the things I wish for though is a training partner, someone who also likes 1s and will always go against me all the time.
I don't often play ones due to confidence and lack of personal skill. Lol. But after watching the entire video, and the other with OSM I will definitely be looking into it further. What an inspiring lot of content. Much appreciated brother, as this is all about as good as gold. You're the best!!
#thanKovic
Yo man, I just want to say, I'm so sorry you had to deal with people disliking your Vid just cause some people weren't in it, I saw your community post and I was baffled, I just wanted to say keep it up man, such informative content, love you my guy.
I appreciate that, Thanks man
If you ever do something like this in the future, I recommend checking out how others in the scene do their interviews. I'm not sure if playing the game while trying to interview the pros was a good choice as you seem a bit distracted. For reference, there is a guy who does interviews with pros across multiple games and he's been doing it for nearly 15 years now. ua-cam.com/video/0K99zs9ufcY/v-deo.html. This is an example of one of the interviews. I'm sure you could learn alot by how he sets the questions up.
All the best
I quite liked the way he did it tbh. Felt a bit more casual like two people just having a conversation rather than an interview
Bro it’s just a yt video chill tf out
39.2k subscribers April 27, 2020. Marking this here to see the insane progress later on. I know for a fact that you’re going to make it big if you keep this good work up!!
Imagine if we got to 40k by the end of April... I'd actually amazed man, it's gonna be close! I'm saying May 3rd
Made it to the end :p actually really enjoyed this vid, I love longer/insightful content like this. Also your improvement from even just a few videos ago to this one is wild. Keep it up, cheers
Thanks heaps man!
Great video. The diversity in the views was quite good to hear. The main thing I’m taking from the vid is I’ve been avoiding ones because my mechanics are poor. I’m probably going to grind ones and free play for a few weeks and hopefully it improves a bit.
Nice man good luck with the grind!
maybe i missed it but is there a code for the strength and accuracy shooting pack?
I'm going to watch this in parts so I can better digest everything. Love the training pack King Ranny gave!
Hope you like it!
Finally!! going to enjoy this one.. keep up the good work man
Thank you! Let me know if you like it!
@@Thanovic this was honestly such a helpful video! I was in a stream of Majicbear like yesterday. definitely gonna improve my 1s level!
@@Thanovic and yes I stayed till the end xD
Really really huge video for me
Been hard stuck in plat 1 for about a year,
tried some things mentioned in this video and that strength and accuracy training pack. From p1 to nearly hitting diamond 1 in one day, so sick
Amazing video, i’d love if you could do more of these in depth videos with top players
I'll plan some more
I know I’m late, but this is such a great video! I don’t know why I wasn’t subscribed before; I never play ones and I’m stuck in C2-C3 and I feel like this is what I need to get to the next level. Again, great video and keep being awesome!
Stayed 'til the end bro and my god, what a gem of a video this was, thank you!
Thank you dude!
I'm only playing 1v1 around D2/D3 and 2s at C1. Playing 1v1 has made scoring on 2v2 C1s so much easier. Their shadow defense is fine for C1 2v2 but not good enough for even D1 1s. 1s literally make you more dynamic.
True
Hey bruh. I watched it all, liked it ! Ready to grind
I've watched this video like 4 times all the way through over the past year. Love this style and wealth of info
I think I have found my new favourite channel. Love the vids. Keep it up. Also, do u stream on twitch because I am desperate to see one of your streams.
I know it's been out for a while but I loved this video and want MOAR! Watched the whole thing, and love your voice.
Man this video is such a helpfull and good , edits, guests, this video is maybe long but awesome. Thanks so much!
Great video! Loved it.
I think shadow defense and general ball challenging is closely equivalent to footies and punishing in fighting games
Subbed a few vids back and so far I am not disappointed. Quality content. Keep it up!
And I stayed to the end.
Hey thank you so much man!!
The first guy made me forget I was watching a video until you said "well... okay cool".
This video was insane. I literally have it on repeat. Thank you so much. Please do a similar 2s and 3s video. Same style same length. This was gold Thanovic. Well done.
@thanovic the way you feel watching these guys is the way I feel watching you play...so what are YOUR tips if you were interviewing yourself?
Play fast until you learn when to play smart, then once you combine the 2, drill your Mechanics
Very cool and interesting video but I think that there was not enough decision making tips, maybe for a future video you could ask more questions about it.
It's situational and has to be learnt through experience
watched the entire video. great content dude!
Yo thano, just noticed on your game on Kinseh that you don't always use boost double jump to get in air faster while shadowing defense a shot...
I guess since you would be up faster you could take more time to "align" your car with the ball/shot and reduce your chances to miss.
Do More on ground,
do less and easier on air ✌️
Loved your video,
So excited to start again gaming after 1 year break.
Watched to the end. Nice video and good to hear the higher level players advice for improving. Your ping was killing you in every game though, RIP 🤣👍
I did listen to everything. Very good quality content. Can you make like digest version of tips for ones for below diamond ranks? Cheers.
Hey thanks man!
Great video, watched it all till the end
Absolute banger bro! Keep up the good work
Thanks man!!!
i love how everytime i watch a thanovic or rocket league video i get the thanovic outplayed ad lmao an i never skip
Great video, thank you for your time to put in this video
Glad you enjoyed it!
Stayed til the end. Great advice gathering and keep it up!
Yeah so I subbed after today. The consistently useful series with your own explanations of everything just makes the channel worthwhile. Keep this up and don't ever become like Fl**p please.
Thanks for the sub man!
Thanovic, you're such a solid guy. I love your videos.
Dude, this was awesome. I’ve found your channel has the most helpful guides, and this one is no different. This was all super helpful and interesting. Your youtube is easily the most helpful, knowledge packed rocket league channel since sunless stopped doing the “why you suck” series.
Thanks my man!!!
THANK You for taking the time and putting this all together bro, super helpful and eye opening!!
Glad it was helpful!
Already know I’m gonna enjoy this. Maybe this will help me with the last stretch to gc in 1s..
Hope so dude!!!
Yooooo thanks dude i have like a loss streak of 4 and this vid pops up oh and this was posted at 3am at my time lol no prob oh and ur a awsome youtuber wish u luck in being successful and ur clowe to hitting 40k subs good luck!
Hey thanks heaps man!
Thank you to everyone in the video. Lot of helpful stuff!
Top notch video filled with unadulterated wisdom. Subbed.
cool, video i´m like 1600 peak MMR in 3s but can´t really go over c2 in 1s so this is probably the best video for me to lern what i could do to improve :)
Huh, I've always held back and played safe in 1s, but I think Jourez convinced me to use it as mechanics practice.
The mans crazy good
Oh gosh, I tried maining 1s for 2 weeks +. I had no more fun playing any mode for weeks afterwards, my unranked mmr (i use mainly 3s) dropped by 200, my 2s rank went down by 7 divisions and my 1s rank went up by 1 division.
Totally not worth it.
I might try it
Did you watch replays? Try to watch the instant replay and see exactly how he scored on you and how you could of defended it. It sounds to me that you were trying to rank up, only way to rank up is getting better. Watch those replays man! Good luck
awesome vid! really helpful and good questions.. I also really enjoy the length of the video! one tip for the future: sometimes just keep the question like it is and stop explaining in which way u mean the question...most of the times its worse when u have a perfect open question like "how important are kickoffs in 1s?" and the interviewee is about to answer but u interrupt him because u wanna clarify how the question is meant and you make a "closed question" out of it if this makes any sense...i think mostly its not necessary to explain the question in details but please keep on the good work :) (i am not native speaker, hopefully you understand what i mean)
Yeah I getcha
Really helpful vid thx a lot bro ;)
Glad you enjoyed man!
great video as always man keep grinding!
Thanks man!!
I stayed til the end thanovic, cool video!
Thanks man!
Started really getting into your videos the last couple weeks. Love the content, good to see an OCE player doing well. I'm currently Champ 2 in 2s and 3s but only Diamond 1 in 1s, so just trying to focus on my 1s game to try progress, so these vids are a big help
Glad to hear the vids can help man!
Almost the same for me GC in 2's and 3's and C1 in 1's. Gonna start grinding 1's today and see how it helps me
Thought I’d provide an update: I’ve made it to C3 in 2s, and I’m now D3 in 1s. Big help from these videos!
Great video and conversation! Some times people focus only in air skills, I mean, that skills are great but not the only thing to know practice. ✌️
Very interesting video as usual mate! Keep it on :)
Awesome video! Really enjoyed it and very educational! Thanks a bunch!
Hey thanks man!
Great video changed my mindset about 1s
honestly watching you get thrashed by these guy was inspiring to me to become better it was really refreshing seeng someone whos really really good outclased makes me feel better about my gold and silver losses lol great video makes me feel better about getting better i hope to be as good as any of yall one day even just with one trick
Stayed to the end!
Nice you got MajicBear that’s cool I like Alpine eSports they have cool designs and are fun to watch
Nice vid love ur content keep up the good work
Damn bro, your videos are so helpful, if you keep doing what your doing, your definitely going to blow up soon. Keep it up💯🔥🔥
Thanks man!
i stayed to the end and i found it very useful thanks man
Thanks man!
I stayed and subscribed good content bro
Now this was a cool video idea maybe do this for more playlists and include people like firstkiller and kaydop
If I can get hold of them then maybe
Of COURSE I stayed to the end! Your vids are great! Keep posting and I'll keep watching (to the end)!
Awesome! Thank you!
By far the most useful video I've watched for RL in a long time! From start to end btw
If you do read all the comments would you ask pro players their honest opinion regarding toxicity in the game - specifically if they use or condone using it.
Awesome to hear the mentality of these guys! I dipped into a slump due to that virgin media hourly outage and dropped ranks. So yeah, brilliant video, perfect timing 👌
I'm sure pro players don't condone toxicity, but I know that some higher level players can be toxic at times, that being said, toxicity is not needed and should be avoided at all times
@@Thanovic Totally agree! Unfortunately to avoid it means turning off game text chat. Like yourself I solo queue and game chat helps me out when it isn't filled with toxic comments.
Asked a few players online if they feel it gives them a competitive edge or something... you can guess the replies I get 😂
Find it quite disturbing some would rather spoil others fun and the algorithms for catching certain words is a complete joke!
"No need to be rude lol" and
"I can't hit a shot straight" get asterisked out BUT it's fine to say "you are crap at this game" 🤔 it's why they don't fix game chat - makes it a child friendly game apparently 😂😂😂
Thanks for the reply, sub'd. No need to reply again if you read this one man - you gave the answer I wanted to hear, appreciated 👍
Thanks for the education vids
Great video my guy c:
Awesome video dude love hearing from top players especially since I’m trying to work on my 1v1s and I think this video has helped . Keep it up!!
Thank you dude!
This was such a great video man, please more like this
I would doubt about boost management is good improvement in general because in 1v1 boosts are all yours and your 1 opponents, then when you come to 3v3 and start blindly replicating 1v1 style you are starting to booststarve teammates which is bad. You have to take into account that 3v3/2v2 boost mngmt is different in ones
I looked to the end, and it was so helpful thanks.^^
loved your podcast with tom
