Dave. Thanks for everything you do to build the channel Quality and content and delivery is always excellent . Have some very happy holidays and look forward to a huge RKLB 2025 for all of our community. Nick
Hi Dave I think the second stage tank size was modified because Rocket lab want to increase the payload capacity of neutrons. Some important customer (probably NASA and the space force) ask for higher performance. Probably closer to the falcon 9 instead of Soyuz. That's probably why we have marine assets in the cards now and why the fuel tank were stretched...
I'm a new subscriber and love your explanations about space technologies on Rocket Lab. I'm learning along with your great pictures and about the lingo. Thank Dave glad I joined your group. Oh yeah also have a good Holiday Season.
Hey Dave, really love the video! When you next get the chance to interview SPB I'd love to know the answers to these questions: In the second video of the Neutron 2nd stage tank test, it looked larger and there were silver parts which didn't look like frost - is this thermal blanketing for testing purposes or has the material structure of the 2nd stage changed? Will we be getting buoy footage of the soft splash of Neutrons 1st stage? There has been some chatter about the reason for Escapades delay, obviously the New Glenn delay was the primary reason but I heard from a buddy of mine at NASA that Escapade had some issues with its propulsion system which meant it wouldn't have been ready by the launch window anyway - would you be able to provide more information on this? How will Neutron be integrated within the production facility? The building doesn't look tall enough to be able to integrate a second stage while the vehicle is vertical, will this add time/cost to the integration process in any way? Are you able to provide any colour on what market sector your in-house constellation might address, as surely you are at least thinking about it now that Neutron is coming along?
Thanks to your new wife for her patience with your time to make investment videos for us followers of your channel, and to you for an undiminished quality to the information you put together regularly during a dazzlingly hectic part of your personal life.
I think at this stage we all believe in a successful Neutron test launch next year: is there room to add another Neutron flight that year? It just doesnt seem "Rocket Lab" to hold back if goes well or am I not understanding the huge logistics?
I don’t think they store TEA-TEB in the COPV. They don’t need lots of TEA-TEB for starting the engine. To me is more likely they store nitrogen or a other gas inside the COPV, al kind of pneumatics.
@@danmannix2889 it's been delayed to January but I would take the announcement with a grain of salt because the new administration could always change things up.
i enjoy your post. can you dive into Lilium Jet? they are in bad shape $$ but the design and technology is very impressive. thanks for your insight with Rocket lab. peace
Just coz... I will guess that Neutron runs 1-2 months late for its first launch attempt. And maybe another week or so more, for things like weather holds.
I agree. When the launch was pushed to 2025 they said Neutron should be on the pad by the end of 2024, but it looks like that's still a fair way off. It's great to see the progress they're making though, and I'm fine with them taking the time to do it right.
They could offer different tank sizes in future. Bigger ones for heavy and small payloads or deep space missions and smaller ones for light payloads with big volume.
Great update. Is there a way to do a one time donation to the channel? I already do a monthly donation but would like to do more to support what you are doing.
You're my go to for Rocket Lab updates. Thanks for everything you do!
Thanks 👍
Doing my part to get you above $50 for you 6 hours of work. Love your videos. Thanks!
Haha thank you, appreciate it!
Peters response about engines was one of the best parts of your interview by far!
Yeah I really enjoyed that part too!
Thanks, Dave, for the nicely edited video and Happy Holidays!

Much appreciated Nick, Happy Holidays!!
It's all coming together. This rocket will have already flown in simulator many, many times. $100 here we go
I love it when a plan comes together.
Good video! Thank you!! 🚀❤️RKLB
I'm still here with rocket lab🚀🚀🚀🚀
Thank you Teddy
Neutron videos of Propulsion, rocket structures & pad infrastructure. Thanks for cover all of it as of now.
Nice Dave, always appreciate the videos. Have a great Christmas! It’s hot and sunny here in NZ.😅🎄
You have a great Christmas as well! It's cold over here, wish I could trade you!
Always appreciate your videos Dave. Keep up the great work ! #RKLB 🚀

Great video! Thanks so much for all your effort! Let's go RKLB!!!! 🎉
Free Teddy!
😂
😅 the little scoundrel peed on my rug yesterday!
@ : see he was saying “let me out.. let me out z”
Good job!
Great vid keep it up 👍👍👍
Nice recap Dave 👍
Thanks Dan!
Great summary for us non twitter peeps. TY Dave.
No problem!

That last one I know they don't want to reveal yet but I will try to make a note or these other okes
Need Neutron Heavy with recoverable second stage, and just print the tank yellow like Minions
i would not be surprised to see a delay. I love this company as a rival to that other company
Wow, SuperPro report. Dave G Investigates! You could sell this report on Bloomberg, etc!
THX, what should we do without you .... thx
I wonder why I no longer fall asleep during your videos ;)
$100 coming soon I believe
How do you define "soon"?
@ 2025
4$ first
2026
@ $40 then $100
Shoutout to Teddy! He sounds hyped on the tank test.
And other question, about the SEP engine and the powerfull...thanks
i do agree with the stretch... but is it narrower and have more CF

So impressive to see the low key rklb approach making progress.
Will Musk help all launch and orbital service companies after Jan 20?
Does anyone know if Neutron can carry a DreamChaser?
What y'all think about the dip from the fed rates? Y'all buying more or waiting it out?
I think its healthy! But id love to hear Dave's take on it.
@py_ninja agreed. Hopefully we'll get some discounts from it if it continues
Buy the dip
It's Christmas Sale. 🎉🎉
I’m buying more especially since it’s on sale!

If Rocket Lab Operates as a Space Tanker and Supplies Consistent Flights to Deliver Fuel unto its Fuel Depot.. that is another TAM.
Dave, please for the next interview with Pete, ask of the potential upgrade of Neutron with the 7 meters diameters, for the future...
Ummm so why did the share price crash?
I don’t think they store TEA-TEB in the COPV. They don’t need lots of TEA-TEB for starting the engine. To me is more likely they store nitrogen or a other gas inside the COPV, al kind of pneumatics.
Anyone know what happened to MSR announcement? Winner(s) was supposed to be announced by emd of year I thought?

@daveginvesting interesting. Thanks Dave for the update 👍
What breed is Teddy?
Update? Where?

Long $rklb
Not nay saying but i guess colour balance is pretty easily tweaked, hopefully all good progress

Hoping for a $35-40 eoy 2025
Awesome vid, consider me subscribed :)
I love your content, hate your background 😅 I wanna see what's happening with your build and also why you're doing it. I want you mezzanine 🤣

I could see rocket labs at $200 honestly lmao 😂 easily in next 4 years
$270
