To the people wondering why i didnt called the police ? Here is the answer: a constable was assigned for security of my brother in law by the SHO who was at that time present in the hospital The call was made to him (bhaiya). Asking to inform the SHO of nearby thana Also since i was new to the area plus the panick situation we did what was best suited in that condition. By the time we reached the hospital the SHO was already present few minutes later the DCP also arrived where we shared the footage with them. The goons are still untraced.

My father is retired service man. He has a license to carry weapon and always has a pistol in his glove box for situations like this when traveling late at night. Carrying firearms for self defence should be easier than it is. In situations like this even in military training its taught to run away especially if they are armed or if u have women and kids on you who will be liabilities in situation like this. So dont try to act manly and stop the car , run then over if u have to , but just escape from the spot as fast unless u have pistol on you to defend yourself.

My father is retired service man. He has a license to carry weapon and always has a pistol in his glove box for situations like this when traveling late at night. Carrying firearms for self defence should be easier than it is. In situations like this even in military training its taught to run away especially if they are armed or if u have women and kids on you who will be liabilities in situation like this.
So dont try to act manly and stop the car , run then over if u have to , but just escape from the spot as fast unless u have pistol on you to defend yourself.
In legal terms even if you shoot In self-defence not so easy to defend yourself.
