Report: Fewer homeless on streets, more in shelters in Phoenix area

That's a complete lie...there are plenty of homeless people in Mesa everywhere you go. One of my church elders detailed that the Gilbert police moved the homeless from Gilbert and transferred them over to Mesa, hence the robust population. It's sad.
