This just happened to me. We were desperate to get our tickets to our account because it was for my granddaughters. I did not give them the information for a Target gift card for $195.00. I researched and found this was a scam. I did call them back and tell them off and they continued to claim they were ticketmaster.
Your first mistake was calling the scammers out for doing what they do best: scamming people. Scammers *NEVER* admit their mistakes, not even when they're caught by the law. I have learned that from being on the Internet for a long time.
Sucks he lost that money but he’s pretty gullible to believe he needs to send someone with an Indian accent gift cards for his ticket he already bought just because that Indian claimed to be from Ticketmaster.
Ticketmaster needs a customer service line. I almost gave them $200.00. I blame Ticketmaster.

If everyone would start only buying from the venue the legit ticket sellers would do something about it!
There is a Ticketmaster and there is a ticket-master listing......be careful!
