Same feelings just happened to me few days back every thing was fantastic before that but suddenly what happened to me ,I was blank ,no thoughts , no enthusiasm was left inside , I felt like crying for no reason ,then something nice happened and then UA-cam recommended sabu Anna's personal inner engineering video ,and now I waiting waiting for the day when scholarship will be credited on my account and I will enroll for the inner engineering class.

I like all your videos. I have done Inner Engineering in the past, with Sadhguru in Bangalore in 2011. It was a great experience. To be honest, I am not doing that practice now and I had shifted to another spiritual movement. I am rethinking about Inner Engineering after watching your videos.

Think i have started liking about south india apart from culture,isha and sadhguru is "akka-anna" thing. Hahah
I have learned a lot through your videos friend! And look forward to more of them...i was especially intrigued about shambhavi mahamudra... So watched a lot of videos related to IE. Watched your and other youtubers experience and it convinced me to go ahead with the program immediately . although i was contemplating it for about a long time but never showed urgency towards it. But since now i am in a sort of vicious circle of laziness , lack of concentration , mobile addiction ( i got severe infection 3 months ago and is probably a reason behind my current situation) . I am preparing for a prestigious govt exam( u know what! ;) ) I studied sincerely for 7 months straight till Dec when i began my downward journey. I am kind of frustrated with myself ...i have my exam in june..n here i am not able to focus into my studies at all... I just wish sadhguru helps me pull out of it coz i m not able to do it myself anymore.. :(
I am eagerly looking forward to 17th-23rd april for IE . And i am so thankful to youtubers like you who have played a key role in my decision. Keep doing what you are doing.. you dont know how many lives you are touching! Love to you.. hope to meet you someday! 😊

Even I had the same reason for doing IE. I had no reason to be sad or unhappy but , I was in sadness for few months, the I found sadguru on UA-cam , did inner engineering. Now I have never returned to such state of sadness. I am much happier, regardless of my external situations.

1:33, hi5! 2016, March was also pretty special for me and i was also in my second year of under grad having done my first spiritual course and volunteering at that time!
We had hosted a World Culture Festival with people and dignitaries and diplomats from 155 countries in that event! 3.5 million people had gathered in New Delhi along the banks of Yamuna at that point of time! There were cultural performances from all these countries including our enemy neighbouring countries (The Terrorist regime and the Communist virus regime both but their ppl are totally same like us - it's the power of our Gurudev that brought ppl from so many different conflicting Faiths and ideologies at one location). Had never seen so many World leaders on a single platform! I pray for this pandemic to get over, I do not want it to stretch for almost 3 yrs like the previous pandemic named Spanish Flu in the 1920s just after 1st world war and before 2nd World war

Vipassana is also scientific techinque
Yeah definitely I can agree with that. However I feel like vipassana and inner engineering require different initial level of the individual person. Inner engineering will work for a lot of people very quickly in the modern world. Vipassana is very ardent and takes a lot of discipline to finish that 10 day course than Inner Engineering. However if someome have that level of discipline and patience then Vipassana is wonderful as well. Vipassana is the path of awareness which is different to what happens at inner engineering to my knowledge

I want to tell one thing about Inner engineering that it simply works. It keeps you up. But if you mix it with other activities then it becomes a deadly( I mean positively ) combination. If it is done at the time of sunrise or sunset with before that you done some exaustive physical activity like running or zym. And after Sambhabi you eat ash gourd juice. You are going to get high kick.
