My subaru wrx 2012 temperature shows very high with p0117 code. There is no wiring harness, temperature sensor works fine and ohms at the connector and at ecu wiring looks fine. What could be the issue?

So if I unplug my ecu and the 12 v are no longer present then my ecu has a ground fault?

Please can someone answer my question: I have error code 4390=Boost Air Temperature Sensor - Short Circuit to B+. What is the fix ? a new sensor? or wiring? any information is appreciated
