Life Force is exactly the term, btw- it’s within us and all around us- all we have to do is be mindful of it and notice and feel it, and we realize how powerful it is, and that we share it with everything. Bringing your mind to alpha brain wave pattern through your expressive art is one the greatest ways to feel this and connect. I am an artist, I know this, but it’s much better when you connect with others like you to help understand this and be able to connect to the Life Force through artistic expression. Thank you ♥️
