- Garden bed clean up has started. Out with spring and in with summer. I'm working on a few beds up by the house getting them prepped for new summer starts and some added interest. The cottage garden style takes work and we have the perfect day for it so I'm digging in and pulling out, cutting back and making space. It can be so hard to do but worth the effort to get the full summer flush of blooms. I am doing a few designs as well this week for a few wine country events. Riley and I take you along as we work and design from the garden and things we have bought in.

I think that you said down the road but i think that there's probably a few up in the hills. The wine country up north is so wonderful and im glad that you have those events in the neighborhood!

A few years ago, I bought some plastic Leaf Rake Scoops that came in really handy during garden cleaning up. They are great in the Fall for picking up leaves. and Spring cleanup was very easy. I'm sure your gardens will look beautiful this year. Looking forward to more videos.
Looking great! Gonna make a hole when that arbor is cleaned up, but I get it. To be honest, when I can't get things to grow as I want, hacking them off is my go too...a clean slate if you will. Arrangements looked lovely! Thanks for taking us along. Great job!
