An amazing performance that shook the very pillars of the earth, and to think that over in my home country (USA) that most thought that metal was dead. There are times that I wished my Huguenot ancestors weren't forced to flee France (same with my Irish lineage on my father's side), I might have had a chance to catch this show when it originally happened.
I still have this DVD. I totally wore it out when I was a teenager getting into the Rays. Such an incredible show, and the bonus content was gold! Kai ripping hard too on that beautiful pink flying V!

This live show is PHENOMENAL! I love all three studio albums that Ralf did big time! After seeing the 30th anniversary live show, I wish that Ralf would do at least one more Gamma Ray studio album. Kai and Ralf have always been incredible together.
We have a new Stratovarius album in September, Alestorm released theirs last week. Avantasia is coming soon, same with Amon Amarth. It would be cool to add Gamma Ray to the Lineup.
