  • Heart Rate Variability, or HRV, is the variation in time between successive heartbeats. It's a powerful indicator of your overall health, stress levels, and even athletic performance. By tracking your HRV, you can gain a deeper understanding of your body's response to stress, exercise, and recovery.
Your body has two main branches of the nervous system: the sympathetic, which triggers the 'fight or flight' response, and the parasympathetic, which promotes relaxation and recovery. HRV reflects the balance between these two systems, helping you understand your body's stress response and recovery.
Once you have your HRV data, you can start making adjustments to your lifestyle for better health. Here are some tips to improve your HRV:
Prioritize sleep: Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night.
Manage stress: Practice mindfulness, meditation, or deep breathing exercises.
Regular exercise: Incorporate both cardiovascular and strength training.
Balanced diet: Consume a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins.
Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Remember, consistency is key to seeing improvements in your HRV and overall well-being.

Is it possible that people in 4 season climate notice changes when Fall comes around and it gets colder, darker, shorter days etc? Me and a bunch of others in Garmin watch groups are noticing these changes out of nowhere
