clearly his fault he reversed at speed from a driveway onto the path of a car on the main road. he should have checked the street was clear of oncoming traffic before entering it
Mustang backing out too fast, moving truck in the way of correct pull forward exit i believe. Girl should have seen Mustang in time to blow the horn for warning. Each person pays for their own damages, end of discussion.
