I actually think Bobby was being very insecure. Not sure the backstory of him but I don't think Kelly should feel ashamed. What was she supposed to do, be his emotional support dog.
I don’t think Bobby was being very fair. But I can see how hard it must be for him. He probably thought Kelly would rather be with someone able-bodied and that must have hurt.
He was out of line! What did he expect her to do, go to a party and not have a good time?! Kelly didn't fking do anything wrong here, and as a matter of fact she was probably the sweetest one out of the whole group (besides Donna) Kelly Taylor was a Sweetheart, after season one when she matured a little bit.
You don't have someone with you with a certain condition and just leave them there. She knew it was a party that involved dancing before they got there. And knew that she probably liked to dance and if him not being able to dance was an issue. Then she shouldn't have went with Bobby. No one just want to be left just sitting there looking like a fool. He didn't want people to feel sorry for him either and be treated like a handicap person. He wasn't looking for pity from anyone. He just wanted to hang out and have a good time like everyone else. Brenda advised her to not attempt to get close to him earlier for that reason.
@@KittenBowl1you don’t have to be a mind reader to have common sense. How could she not know his feelings would be hurt by her just leaving him there. The guy is from out of town and he’s in a wheelchair. Who doesn’t know to stay by his side in a situation like this? 😂😂😂
I understand Kelly why she had difficulty dealing with a man in a wheelchair. It was certainly good to have a man with a disability play a role in Beverly Hills 90210, where normal people also have to learn to deal with people with disabilities. But at a certain point it is also difficult for a man or woman in a wheelchair to be able to attend everything, for example parties or festivals that also involve stairs. A man who played Bobby as Brandon's cousin was an intelligent man who sat in a wheelchair, but Kelly really liked him and he liked her too. So you see that sometimes someone falls for a man or woman in a wheelchair, which also involves a lot of additional work, such as the house having to be adapted if they start living together. I am also a man with a disability, I am also in a wheelchair and I am also hearing impaired. But I also had something similar with my own friends who are not disabled, they just included me in their circle of friends! Our first meeting in a café was the beginning of our friendship, which has also grown together. And we were together in the pub every Saturday night. That's how it started. In any case, I grew up with normal people without disabilities in my family, both cousins, and that is where my life has largely been determined for the future.
