My aerial instructors always stress to me to really feel and become a part of the apparatus, whether it be hoop, silks, rope, or whatever apparatus i perform on. I never really understood completely what they meant until i saw this. She has both mesmerized me with her beauty and filled me with envy of her perfection. All hats go off to you, Elena Gatilova, for you have inspired me more than anyone ever has... and in under 6 minutes.

Well a lot of acrobats are born flexible to an extent, which helps. I'm naturally freakishly flexible and with some hard work i could be that flexible.
