Tbh, those weapons feel greatly better than FC5 and FCND, the sounds and animations feel really nice, they actually put effort in it. Although they may not be perfect, they are still really nice (KSG animation go brrr)
Hey I really like the KSG animation. Wow the KSG animation is more detailed than any other game. I've never seen someone load both tubes in the KSG. Ubisoft actually did their homework for that KSG animation. Big step up from FC5, they nailed the KSG, still reused animations tho. Here's your KSG comment dump, now shut up about the KSG we get it.
Glad to see the Jackdaw pistol finally being showed off in a FC6 weapon video, damn shame its locked behind pricey DLC though. neat to see a triple barreled flintlock pistol (i thought it was just gonna be a regular single shot flintlock pistol), and the "reload" animations are pretty cool too, though i do think throwing an empty Jackdaw should do a bit of damage to an enemy (not kill them, but hurt a enemy a bit)
It just looks super cheap when you turn off the camera shakes, especially when shooting. But aside from that the animation is actually good, best Far Cry reloads I’ve seen from this franchise
For the APS - custom made mags based on a PPSH drums are possible modification. Same for a PM and TT actualy. There is no factory made drums for a russian pistols like a PM, APS or TT - all of them are custom made.
APS actually have a GRAU index in 1938 system - 56-А-126. APB with wire stock and threaded barrel also have a GRAU index, but in 1956 system - 6P13. This is simply because original APS was taken in service before 1956, when GRAU system was changed to the modern standart, like any other soviet weapon prior to 1956 - for example original AK from 1949 have old GRAU - 56-А-212.
Tbh, you can *technically* make a drum mag for the Stechkin like that for the PM by repurposing a PPSh drum mag but the capacity would be significantly higher than 40 (My guess would be around 90-100 rounds). Ps: My guess for where Ubishit got their idea of a drum mag Stechkin with a wooden stock from CoD MW19 as you can recreate that exact configuration from the game.
It would be significantly less rounds than the 71 the PPSh drums can hold. The Papa fires 7.62 Tokarev, and the Stechkin fires 9mm Makarov. So you can only get less bullets of a larger diameter into the same drum.

some minor mistakes i saw: 1. Like in Far cry 5, the Vector fire selector moves on it's on for some reason 2. The FAL a Belgian weapon, in a german configuration (STG 58) and referred in game as a brazilan rifle (IMBEL M964 probably) 3. The MS16-L isn't a M14, but actually a M1A in a M14 configuration. 20:29 you can see the rifle is referred as "U. C. Rifle Cal. 30 M1" 4. The M2s Browning uses the DSHK ammo box? or the M2s is chambered in 12,7x108mm? 5. DSHK without the rear sight? c'mon nothing ground breaking compare to other games but still very irritating for us "Fire Arms Enthusiasts" or "Gun Crazy Maniac" call as you like...
A little remark: BP-SMG is TsKIB SOO OTs-14 "Groza-4" for 9x39mm bullet, and BP-RUK is OTs-14 "Groza-1" for 7.62x39mm bullet. Also about AK-M: it more looks like AK-74M with NATO 490mm Piccatini barrel and somehow working with AK-47 mags.

This game has some pretty good gun variety. As far as I'm aware, Far Cry 6 and BF1 are the only prominent games featuring the Pieper.

Makarov's drum magazine is incompatible with Stechkin. Also Stechkin only comes with 20 rounder if I'm correct
