American Idol's Spencer Lloyd & The Street Hearts

American Idol XIII Top 13 Finalist, Spencer Lloyd, performing - on his own, and with the UCLA band, “The Street Hearts” - a collection of excerpts including "Say Something", "Raging Fire" and "Love Don't Die".
The clips of Spencer Lloyd by himself are from American Idol in February 2014. The clips with The Street Hearts are from an outdoor performance at the American Cancer Society's 2014 "Relay for Life" fundraiser at UCLA's Drake Stadium. The members of The Street Hearts are Nate Schwartz, Nick Valentini, Nicholai Hansen, Andrew Giuruis and Nick Velez.

Young talent is always good when the music is wholesome and the lyrics are understandable. Thank you for introducing the young talent shown here, mostly from 2014, and the accompanying "Daily Bruin" article. The music is mellifluous and proves that good young talent exists. There are so many musical genres and platforms of delivery that some get hidden and go below the radar.
