1:14 Well, I know now that if I make the guy hold a bar, I can just keep on loading a single side of the bar without problems. No more extra effort to go both sides everytime
1:38 that's a legit exercise, although they aren't doing it well. I learned that one in physical therapy. Helps with lower back issues, but you need to snap into position and keep your glutes and abdomine engaged while doing it.
@pineappleparty1624 the snapping is essential. Also I would recommend not being concerned about what people think of how it looks when you are training for your own personal benefits. I do a variation of this on my knees for warm up before squatting and deadlifts. Helps me with my lower back to warm up.
