I think someone's job at youtube is to just randomly select reaction videos to strike down for copyrights, it sure seems to be random at actually giving me notifications for the things I WANT youtube to contact me with.
@@patriciaschuman4205 several of us reactors are in a Instagram group called the famchat. We cannot find a rhyme or reason as to how UA-cam conducts their copyright claims. It is all over the board and it is not consistent
I can't understand why UA-cam is doing this lately with most of the reactors. It seems like it is only happening with Geoff's Videos. Is someone out there jealous of how good Geoff is ?
@@marshayoung9387 Other reactors had the same issue with VoicePlay vids. I think one may have been Black Hole Sun if I remember correctly. Not sure of the other; it was like a week ago.
Geoff and Daryl and the Geofettes...all in black...sleeveless (thanks Kathy!)...swaying together...clapping...muscles....soft hair flowing...so compelling...mesmerized...What do you mean how do I like the music in it? What music?😉🤣😆💙
The E1 subs are beautiful, but honestly my favorite part is the tenor verse and the cool riff he does on the word “McCoy”. His riffs have just developed so nicely over the years!
I was a little surprised by the song choice when I first heard what Geoff was releasing, but I absolutely love this version! So great too that we get the higher registers along with the deep bass notes.
While they're not identifiable in this video, the usual lineup is: Goff, Daryl, Geoff, Jeoph, and Jeff. I just adore the harmonies here. Geoff really enjoyed the scatting at the end. The original was recorded by Jim Croce in 1972. He followed it up with Bad, Bad, Leroy Brown. This was not filmed at PattyCake as they have a large set in place at the moment, but was in "a random studio in Orlando." Geoff always "hand sings" - check out how Jeoph and Daryl synchronize in Unshaken. :)
Hi Dennis. You still haven't done 3 other original songs from 4TH IMPACT's EP ALBUM. You already did "DISTORTED" and "ALL AT ONCE". The other 3 songs are called "FEBRUARY", "ROUND and ROUND", and "HATE THAT GIRL". You can find these videos on their youtube channel and look for their ALBUM LAUNCH LIVE for these 3 great songs. Hope you can react to those because it's a very upbeat and entertaining videos.
Bro ... I like "react" videos as much as the next guy! BUT ... if you say "family" reacts ... I would like a "family" reaction! Not yourself on your own -.- Bring some more ppl in the future please :D
When we started the channel the reactions included myself, my lady and my sons. I'm the only one that still does the reactions so the "KingFam" is more of the audience now.
I have stopped watching reactors that put their own graphics over the video. Please do not do that. I enjoy your reactions but I want to see the video, not your graphics over it. Do not think artist appreciates it either. They put lots of time and effort into the video as is!
We totally understand how much time, effort and money goes into their videos. We don't try to take away from that. However, labels try to take away all of our revenue for our work. I used to put my logo. Now I use this filter. We have to do what we have to do too. I hope you can understand that
They are independent. You have a problem as I have watched a few other reactors and they are ok. Could it have something to do with timing of your reaction?
@@FrancesSmith-v4u this varies from channel to channel. There is no rhyme or reason to this. I have already said that once. I've been doing this for over 4 years. I have gotten away with no copyright claims on some videos while my friends have had theirs blocked. Just because one channel gets through doesn't mean anything. And as for the label situation. Everyone has a distribution company that they use. Whether it be tune core or another outlet. Someone is always watching for any artist and their uploads to submit copyright claims. There is literally no such thing as completely independent
For the first time since i started listening to Geoff, he has done a cover i dont like. I just feel like its too much of a departure from what i am familiar with.
Interesting opinion. I am not saying you're wrong because everyone has their own musical tastes. I'd be interested in knowing what you think of Geoff's cover of Sixteen Tons. Also, the humming intro is very reminiscent of the opening hums of Ain't No Sunshine
@@MiladyMacabreI haven't listened to that one in a while but from what I remember he stayed pretty true to the origional with that one, while in Big John he stepped away from the original quite a bit. I should say that the version of "Jim" I'm most familiar with is not the Jim Croce version, but the Josh Turner version that was covered on his 1st album back in 2003.

One of my dad's favorite songs, while my mother loved Jim Croce's "Time in a Bottle." Great reaction.

Like number 500! I adore that even though "piss" or "pee" aren't really bad words, Geoff still changed it to "spit." The man has class!💙
Dennis, Geoff has taken Jim Croce's original song and made it his own!!! Wonderful job and Thank you for your Reactions!!!

Don't forget the slide from E2 go E1 chest at 2:05 in the original
Yet he insists "basses don't riff." 😅 Layne forced him out of that mindset for Tennessee Whiskey.
That's not all that's developed! Look at his arms! But seriously, this is a great video. I love the scatting at the end!💙
His bass makes my eyeballs want to roll to the back of my head.
😂😂😂 pretty much
No comment.💙
I was a teenager when this came out by Jim Croce, one of many of his great songs. I'd love to hear Geoff do Time in a Bottle or maybe Operator.
Dennis, we appreciate that you are always one of the first to react to Geoff's and VP's covers. And always with such an energy !!! Great reaction.

Geoff slides down into an E1 chest!!!
Great reaction! That sustained basement note rattled the brain, in true Geoff fashion 😆
Geoff's work is absolutely amazing, the scat at the end was so much fun!!
