In this video I show how to bake a delicious and simple plum cake. Incredibly tasty and fast! Summer is a great time to make at least one plum cake like this every day! If I only have 15 minutes, I bake this delicious cake! We ate everything in 5 minutes! Incredibly quick and easy cake! Incredibly delicious plum cake! One of the best plum cake recipes! ✅ Ingredients:
2 eggs
120 grams of sugar (4.8 tablespoons)
110 grams of butter
Alternatively, 10 g vanilla sugar (2 tsp) or 1 tsp vanilla extract can be used
a pinch of salt
120 g flour (4/5 cup)
5 g baking powder (1 tsp)
8-9 plums
To sprinkle:
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Bake in the oven at 180°C (360°F) for 35-40 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

I made this cake. It tasted good. It seemed not enough cake at the bottom. It was quite wet. I wonder whether I used too many plums?
Perhaps it was due to the large amount of liquid from the drains, but it could also be that the baking time was too short. All ovens are different, cooking times may vary, always check readiness with a toothpick, there should be no raw dough left on it, ideally it should be dry
@@leckermitkristy- I think it was too much juice. Next time I will use less plums!
