Hello Lovely Becca. What a nice catch-up. I love being in nature too and we have lots of books to help us recognise things like birds and butterflies. However, you've made me go hunting for more as we always have questions about things we see on walks and when camping. This morning the trees were starting to show their colours and a rainbow was shining whilst I watched my son play rugby (not exactly a peaceful river bank, but outside at least). You look so happy at the moment which is great to see xxx

I like your new channel very much, it suits you 😊 I think I need more time in nature for my mental health too.. being introverted anxious and physically unwell can make it very difficult 😅 I have fibromyalgia and ME .. but where there's a will there's a way.. ❤

What a lovely thought provoking vlog! Everything you presented resonated so strongly! Beautiful words of wisdom Becca about not having to venture far into nature to find beauty. There's richness to be found in what might otherwise be overlooked if we are too focused on reaching some destination. I do agree, we need nature for our wellbeing just as much as all the other beings we share this planet with. In our evolution we have somehow managed to segregate ourselves from nature only to venture into it on weekends or holidays. Lucky are those with big backyards and nature at their doorsteps. I love your compassion for the cows without judgment and that you could still find peace in them living their best life in the present. I'm vegan but like you not opinionated about others choices because its been a journey to get here and we are each on our own. Enjoyed the lovely interludes stitched into this vlog with the nature you encounter on your walks. And again in your outro, what a poetic and perfect way to end this vlog. just catching up with some of your uploads :) iam a massive nature fan i spend many hours in my garden as you no i lived in Abingdon all my life and loved Oxfordshire now we live by the sea and we have fields at the back of our house i have the best of both worlds iam a vert lucky girl x
Over the years I've managed to help my husband to slow down on walks quite a bit. Because i always have my nose raking the floor, ferreting around looking at a lot if things. It's always me noticing the mushrooms, the interesting looking stick... It used to drive him nuts😂
