Most of my family lives in Pearland so we’ve talked to most of them at some point of potentially moving down to Meridiana since it’s not far away.
If you’re looking to move out west, Jordan Ranch’s or even Cross Creek amenities in Fulshear are very similar to what you’re used to.

Sorry it wasn’t in the range that you’re interested in. We’ve got a few other new construction communities that have homes under $300k. Also even some homes in other areas around $200k as well.
