I’ve been in nonprofit leadership for the past 15 years. I’ve worked with a couple of family homeless shelters in Atlanta. Bless you for giving back. Please consider also giving outside of Christmas. Shelters are inundated with gifts this time of year, when everyone feels benevolent. I encourage you and your friends to also consider doing a “Christmas in July” event.
