Considering Greeny has said that Animatic "thinks Eucerin is neat, but he wanted to be host so he had to take Eucerin away" So I doubt Eucerin is the one that trapped animatic. I personally think what had actually happened was that Greeny himself is the one that somehow got rid of Animatic's contestants (maybe Animatic is mad that Greeny cancelled the show IRL) and animatic wanted to host a new show instead. I think this because a lot of animatic's remarks (to me) feel way more directed at Greeny than towards Eucerin (plus greeny has said animatic doesn't hate Eucerin). I think Greeny somehow cancelled animatic's show (whether via cancelling it irl or just taking the contestants away) and Animatic hated Greeny and still wanted to host a new show instead. Then He discovered TIAOS (one of Greeny's old shows) and wanted to host that but never found a way in (The reason I think this is because Animatic appeared at the end of the TIAOS anniversary video). Eventually he discovered Object Fool and wanted to join that instead and he tried to enter through Don't first, but was blocked, and so instead doorframe's door gave Animatic a way into the OF universe and he waited till the finale to get rid of Eucerin, then waited for the right opportunity to show up (He likely figured that saving everyone from Demon Core would make them trust him more) and ask them all to be in his new show.
Considering that eucerin said that he was done hosting after season 1 of object fool, I don't think it was necessary for animatic to take him away like that. Plus Animatic's backstory is kind of a meta backstory considering that the OG Animatic battle only had an intro and never took off for years

I think its pretty accurate cause when the animatic intro end you can see some object show characters randomly pop up changing and its kinda similiar to the one who left animatic!

Something i noticed while looking at the of ep8 credits is that it shows his whole backstory, but then shows it in reverse, i think showing that he thinks if he tries making another object show he thinks he’ll revert back to normal.
I like to think that animatic was just another entity (like the stars that look similar to him) that has to watch over a specific planet/universe and only show up if something happens. But since he already saw OF, he wants to do _his_ object show. "He dropped me and never picked me back up" so i think animatic and eucerin were friends at some point, but when eucerin went to do object fool, he trapped(?) animatic behind the door. It doesnt make too much sense but it sorta connects the dots and theorizes how animatic is related to object fool and eucerin besides the current animatic battle.

What i think is that the OLD Animatic was doing challenges that were either boring or to hard which led to the Old Contestants to abandon him. After a while, Animatic is let alone with his thoughts for years until Eurcerin finds him leading to possibly an Attack causing Eurcerin to forcefully lock The Harmful Animatic inside the door. Another year or so, the Object Fool Recommended Character Vote happens as Shifty is one. He sees the door after not being pick to join the show and decides to open it causing Animatic to kill him. He then uses Shifty's blue hue as the stuff on the ground and uses it to gain his blue cross. The door is now unlocked meaning to Animatic Escaping and start Animatic Battle (The New Series).
I have a theory. What if... animatic was insane already, and started seeing everything as one big object show, treating normal people as contestants. He then was locked up to never be found ever again. Until, shifty came along, and animatic, now knowing where his escape is, leaves. Animatic ends up seeing something in the sky, some sort of portal, and animatic, looking through the portal, sees a bunch of people, those people being the eliminated contestants. Before animatic could reach them, a weird red and round object fills the portal. Animatic ends up pulling out the red orb, and notices it as a person, being bowling ball. Animatic is super happy, as he has a contestant. After an obviously episode long season, animatic is bored and leaves bowling ball. Bowling ball then is pulled towards the planet again and lands PERFECTLY in a seat. Bowling ball, is extatic because he just won a season, but no one cares to listen. A long time later, animatic is just sitting there in space, left with his own thoughts, noticing stuff he never noticed before, (which could explain how the object fool planet suddenly is full of life), something is happening though, he sees something, something big moving towards what he thought was a star, from the bright shining it was emitting, but then, when he went for a closer look, he noticed that the giant thing, was moving towards a bunch of people. Not just people, contestants. Not just any contestants, the ones he saw through that portal. Animatic is as happy as can be, and gets their in light speed. Animatic, preparing everything, destroys the demon core and suddenly sees things in, just like the way he used to, in a more simpler light. He cues the intro, and after this time. It's just... Wow. He's finally there.
Actually, in Object Fool, Animatic was mostly seen in a shadow-like form, suggesting that he was forgotten. I think Eucerin didn’t necessarily put Animatic in the room intentionally, he just sent them to the place where eliminated contestants go. Since Animatic was abandoned, he was already becoming insane, and in his state Eucerin was disgusted c hence sending Animatic to the room and taking his show.
Actually animatic killed eucerin. In the final episode of object fool if you pause before eucerine disappears you can see animatic grabbing him. It also says Animatic was going to take his place forever

acrually im pretty sure you could see that Animatic was able to traverse to the object fool dimension thru the void thing by pulling bowling ball inside of the creature. I guess he then hid inside of doorframe for a while

What i think is that the OLD Animatic was doing challenges that were either boring or to hard which led to the Old Contestants to abandon him. After a while, Animatic is let alone with his thoughts for years until Eurcerin finds him leading to possibly an Attack causing Eurcerin to forcefully lock The Harmful Animatic inside the door. Another year or so, the Object Fool Recommended Character Vote happens as Shifty is one. He sees the door after not being pick to join the show and decides to open it causing Animatic to kill him. He then uses Shifty's blue hue as the stuff on the ground and uses it to gain his blue cross. The door is now unlocked meaning to Animatic Escaping and start Animatic Battle (The New Series).

I have a theory. What if... animatic was insane already, and started seeing everything as one big object show, treating normal people as contestants. He then was locked up to never be found ever again. Until, shifty came along, and animatic, now knowing where his escape is, leaves. Animatic ends up seeing something in the sky, some sort of portal, and animatic, looking through the portal, sees a bunch of people, those people being the eliminated contestants. Before animatic could reach them, a weird red and round object fills the portal. Animatic ends up pulling out the red orb, and notices it as a person, being bowling ball. Animatic is super happy, as he has a contestant. After an obviously episode long season, animatic is bored and leaves bowling ball. Bowling ball then is pulled towards the planet again and lands PERFECTLY in a seat. Bowling ball, is extatic because he just won a season, but no one cares to listen.
A long time later, animatic is just sitting there in space, left with his own thoughts, noticing stuff he never noticed before, (which could explain how the object fool planet suddenly is full of life), something is happening though, he sees something, something big moving towards what he thought was a star, from the bright shining it was emitting, but then, when he went for a closer look, he noticed that the giant thing, was moving towards a bunch of people. Not just people, contestants. Not just any contestants, the ones he saw through that portal. Animatic is as happy as can be, and gets their in light speed. Animatic, preparing everything, destroys the demon core and suddenly sees things in, just like the way he used to, in a more simpler light. He cues the intro, and after this time. It's just... Wow. He's finally there.
Actually, in Object Fool, Animatic was mostly seen in a shadow-like form, suggesting that he was forgotten. I think Eucerin didn’t necessarily put Animatic in the room intentionally, he just sent them to the place where eliminated contestants go. Since Animatic was abandoned, he was already becoming insane, and in his state Eucerin was disgusted c hence sending Animatic to the room and taking his show.

Small correction: Animatic’s cross wasn’t blue at first. It was originally grey when he got it. But it probably turned blue when shifty entered the room and animatic did something to him.
(You can see his grey cross at the end of object fool 8 if you pause in time. 1:48 )
