An alternative to the "what if I took a picture of your home" statement is that you can tell them their home is already been photographed and on the internet. Streetview, RightMove, etc.
An alternative to the being in a public place point is to ask them what they are securing. The building or the pavement. Do they really think their authority extends to the pavement.
@@Eznow-m7r Ownership means nothing when part of the property is used or can be used by anyone. All public places are on private property. Being called private property just means that it is maintained by the owner, not that it's private to only the owner and their friends/employees/etc. For a place to be truly private it needs to behind some form of barrier/door/gate/fence/etc.

Have any auditors contacted the SIA licensing authority and shown them these videos of their licenses being abused and what are they doing about it? perhaps that authority should be sued, as they are liable for anyone representing them.
They are the Australian version of Goldman Sachs……fingers in any public/private partnership or monopolized infrastructure assets they can get their mitts on.
You shouldnt be filming 😂 Is that the first thing they teach security on their sia courses? Love how people get so angered by cameras even though they are being filmed constantly at work
@@ianclayton2651 Couldn't agree with you more. Doesn't help that most of them struggle with the language barrier in the first place. I saw an offer in Bournemouth offering a sia licence for £35 non fail course? Absolute joke
I actually had my badges (cctv, door supervisor, events and retail)years ago when you actually needed to pass these courses. Now they just hand them out to anyone without them needing the skills required.
The "don't record our signage" request is a very odd one. It's obviously there to be seen and read in public so I don't get the problem? When vlogging thanked her for being polite it very nearly triggered a karen moment I feel 😂
Surely the SIA should be educating Security personal during the licence training?... Maybe they are, Maybe they don't have the aptitude to apply what they have been taught, Maybe English isn't their first Language.... either way maybe they shouldn't hold a public facing role until they are competent?
just a heads up it is legal to own a scanner but it is illegal to listen to private conversations that are not ment for public to listen to you can be prosecuted
When are these Companies going to employ people who know the Law.

State ownership is not the same as you owning it. If you want to own it, buy some shares.

They never reply
That's concerning.
Definitely a case of 'on yer bike' where the unwarranted intrusion of that cyclist was concerned!
Yes for sure! That aside another significant audit! & thankyou also!

The way this new government is going it won't be long before this sort of activity and auditing will become "it not allowed. not allowed"!

I noticed the "STOP-WORKS" sign. STOP clearly doesn't WORK with these fake security guards. 😄

The ginger cyclist was only out by 6197 subs😂😂😂
Excellent photos 🦂
What a rude but successful cyclist, he can't even afford his own bicycle. 😂
You should get yourself a handwritten note that says "i give myself permission to film"
😆
It is a shame that your colleague often walks close up to your camera. Others always keep clear of each other
