My local Aldi had these on sale through for £1.79 last week. Got four of them nestled away in the freezer. I wouldn’t normally go for a phall but all the reviews said it was more of a madras heat than phall. It’s just about right for me.
nice curry but not worthy of the Name phal needs more heat pretty weak for a phal but what do you expect for a supermarket curry but it was nice tho good video try the phal from Iceland
Your video caught my eye, as it is not everyday you see a Phaal curry produced by a supermarket chain. Thought that the review was interesting. That you had no real problem eating it showed that it was quite a low brow affair. Just looked on Aldi website, nowhere to be seen. I will never get a ready meal with rice as I prefer to cook my own, it's not difficult. You never said how much it cost, would have been useful knowledge.
Honestly, how many of you guys are going to overrate this average curry’? It’s not a Phal, maybe a Madras on a good day! I’ve been eating curries from the mid seventies and I consider myself a “curryholic” … Complex flavour many of you have said! … All I could taste was Kashmiri chilli powder mixed with tinned tomatoes! Sorry to moan, but all the other curries in the Bilash range were exceptional!
Probably because of all the reviews on UA-cam praising it, sort of a double edged sword lol. Check out the pepper X curry review I just did from Iceland! That one was hot!
I have just subscribed to your channel really like it and the spicy food and weight lifting making it rather interesting thank you
Thank you, I thought it was a unique combo also
same here mate
Great review mate, will be trying this one out

I don’t think it was anywhere near as close as the pepper x curry I tried, and definitely not restaurant Phaal hot, taste wasn’t bad.
