It was actually Jct 0 to Jct 11.

Everyone, you notice the lines on the road between j2 and j4 and between j9 and j10, that is the trace of where the concrete slabs were. You see this on other former concrete sections on other motorways around the west Midlands and the M25 as well. Only some of them have the traces of the slab joints mainly sections resurfaced more recently.

So, does that mean M6 Jct 11A to Jct 13 had concrete surfacing?

@@CORNERofTECH yes. That was also concrete till the mid 2000s. Slabs are a bit longer than the ones on the M42.
