The only problem with the watch is you have to screw with date 5 times during the year and don't tell me how fast the tabs are it still annoying for a 25k watch.
This is normal for a complete calendar watch. If you wish your watch to account for months, there is annual calendar watch, which “knows” how many days in each particular month. And perpetual calendar accounts for leap years too. Hope this helps.
@BlackTagWatches does Blancpain have a moon phase complete calendar that can keep track of the date changes. I know their perpetual does but it's a bit out of my budget. I know IWC has an affordable perpetual 42 that I like. But it's a bit of a chunky monkey.
