Very informative video. Infact I was looking for this kind of information . I had four elephant bush plant out of which two died due to over watering I guess. The other two plants I have kept in a sunny corner of my balcony. Thanks a lot for the info regarding reporting and fertilizing .
Hello mam I am a 10 year old boy who has interest in physics, biology seismology, chemistry and botony and since i have been watching you exquisite videos i learnt more a bout plants and learnt to propagate and care for many plants. Now i have 14 indoor plants and a lot of outdoor ones.I love your videos a lot and please make more videos like this and make other people like me happy.
The way you explain things is divine. Even keeping the information part aside; the charm and positive energy that exuberates out of you is an anxiety buster. I unsubscribed from many worthless channels and yours is one of the few that I could never imagine removed from my subscriptions list. I am a plant aficionado, or rather a self styled one myself. Hope to gain and share lot of knowledge. Love from Nepal Sister Ekta! 🙏❤️
2 days back I bought jade plant from nursery. I haven't repotted it yet because I was too confused, now I guess you answered my most of the questions regarding jade. So thanks again Garden up for sharing these valuable tips. ❤️🌳🌱
I am bit confused, whether we should repot it after getting it from nursery or just add cocopeat in the pot I got from nursery? Plus, if I have to repot it then do I need only cocopeat? Or normal soil in what ratio with cocopeat ?
Hi...Thank you sonmuch for the video...I have purchased a jade recently and was facing issue of leaves drooping....and from ur video I found the reason of underwatering....thanks for the tip of indirect sunlight(early morning and evening sun). I was getting confused a lot about it..... I want to tell you that your love for plants is so motherly...you are the reason that I have started gardening❤️
I had bought two elephant bush/ small leafed jade plant from nursery live right before last year's monsoon and kept them by the east facing window only to witness its leaves fall daily to almost a deserted dying plant. Then i moved them to the balcony and they started doing much better. Now i have placed them on my terrace. In summer i used to water them daily. But in monsoon even after the tremendous rain in kolkata for all these plants, those two tiny plants have transformed into literally huge bushes with branches everywhere. ❤️❤️❤️
I love all your videos, specially your smile, while talking about plants. The best part of your videos is it's based on your personal experience and not bookish knowledge. Kindly make a video on indoor succulents , their soil, water and light needs. Please.
Thanks for such an informative video on Jade plant. I actually have one since past 1 year, it was a gift to us and I kept it in my balcony accompanied with my aloevera. I pruned it twice and it was growing very well but unfortunately I witnessed it leaves were dropping a lot and I observed mealybugs attack on it. Now I am treating my jade with Neem oil + liquid soap, and I hope it's speedy recovery .

So.. now it has come to this.. u post a video and I watch it as soon as the notification pops up.. 🙈 You are such a source of inspiration and gentleness.. Stay humbled and Keep growing (like your plants😉) 👍
I have a thick, gnarled jade (button jade) that is probably at least 50 years old, and yes, it's like a bonsai. Jades survive anything, stick broken off bits anywhere and they will grow.
Hey... I can say I did master in growing jade by now over a year of doing experiment in both water and soil base. Water base is also little tricky in terms of time as we need to have lot a patience till we get good grown routes..
I tried leaf water propagation as mentioned in many videos.. but It never worked but Thanks a lot for the coco peat propagation idea.. it worked for me even without using root harmone.. your videos are amazing..
I am making Bonsai and it teaches me to keep patience. From jade cutting to bonsai look it take Approx 1 Year and 6 month but still it takes more time for perfect look.
Yes di please make a series of specific plant care .These are really helpful ,as a beginner we struggle a lot to manage studies, work .. taking care of plants .In this way we can really take care of those plants we like 🤗💕💕💕 Please make pancake plant(pilea peperomiodes)care.

Hey ..i really like ur vdos so mch ..n ur language is so soft to get easily...hope to get rply from u dear..as I'm first to do cmmnt on this vdo here ❤️
My jade kept dropping leaves left n right coz it wasn't kept in direct sunlight. I kept it under direct afternoon scorching chennai heat, it looks super happy and has all these branches coming out. It has been on direct rain too for 2 straight days. No leaves dropped. I don't understand this plant in particular 😕 .. but it's lush where ever it is right now, so I left it there
hi Akta..I learnt a lot from you...I have made a very good garden in my balcony.. Now I started donating plants even by growing them by myself. I m thankful to you Still I watch your videos...:)
My jade- elephant bush, thrives in full Ahmedabad Sun and temperatures up to 47 degrees C. My trick is watering a little more than normal and they do just fine. It is almost 7 years old and has given me many many cuttings and plants.
Hi! I also live in Ahmedabad and have recently got a jade plant but leaves are drooping. Can you please share where do you put your jade plant, like near the window or away from it or some place else?
@@twishagandhi3556 Hi Twisha, best thing to do with Jade - put ur finger in the soil half way down and if it feels wet, dont water the plant. Jade thrives in less watering, another sigh is crinkled or soft leaves, when that happens u water it thoroughly and then leave it until its dry again. Give it full sun, but shade it a bit in ahmedabad afternoons. My jade - elephant bush is outside in full hot sun, my crassula - jade is just near my window where it gets sun through the window but is in a cooler space inside.
Yayyyy!! I think we will now see you more frequently Thank you so much for inspiring the youth for gardening i am one of them😁 although sometimes i become careless but by seeing your videos i get inspiration 💕💕
