I am a huge fan of White Labs yeast.......really want to thank you guys at White Labs for doing these side by sides and fermentation experiments......just have a quick question on WLP 530 that I used for a belgian trippel......which is being bottle conditioning presently.........I added corn sugar but there's no carbonation now ........what happened...... How long should it be conditioned to get some phenols........it's there since past 5 weeks.......do let me know......cheers and have a good one.........
what happens if y'all mix all the strains of white labs yeast, you get a new product. Named after Former Top gear presenter James May, Mayuck combines May and Yuck together.
