I appreciate Ceci’s realistic view of the way music played through good speakers like the Seraphino. No mumbo jumbo, no audiophile jargons, just down to earth layman terms everyone can relate to! This is how you sell to new clients!
Ceci’s raw descriptions is why we listen to music through our systems. It’s the emotional connection we experience while listening. Awesome job Ceci and welcome to the audiophile community. All the best with your internship.
3:25, spot on I went into dealer and I noticed this right off the bat, I think these guys are going in the right direction for "my ears"! 3D sounding, great sounding and looking speaker! The Olympica's were great, but these where liquid smooth sounding, love them. I just wish they had them in stock, hard to find in the States right now especially in Graphite.
this episode sounds like Yoda is training a Jedi Knight (Ceci) on audiophile equipment. I like her perspective and language to describe what she is listening to. Enjoyed it.
As always, a great video. I am so glad to see a product review - these really are my favorite videos despite the rumors. Ceci is a welcome addition and it's also great to see Lewis take a more active role in these videos. Keep up the great work!!
Exactly Ceci! I love nearly everything new I hear on my resolving higher end system, but when I go to my younger years' staple of classic 70s and 80s rock...and it's like.... way different than I remember it!!
Great session as usual guys! Particularly refreshing thanks to Ceci's participation. Her genuine take on music listening and emotions is exactly what's missing in this snobby hobby! But at least, you guys focus on the music to convey your take on hi-fi equipment! Well done everyone!
Nice to hear the young / old difference. CC goes for the emotional quality, and the old geezers (same here) feel the need to focus on the audiophile aspects. CC wins because she is unfiltered …. for now🙈
Thanks folks. Been waiting for a review on these especially comparing it with the previous model as you regarded the Serafinos very highly. Really well done Ceci. Cheers 😎👍
Adrian for someone who listens to metalcore music mostly but also classic rock and blues would you recommend the Serafinos or the Wilson Yvette’s you talked about? Thank you!
Ceci is really stylin' here, giving off Audrey Hepburn or Lucille Ball vibes with her clothing choice. Well done. Oh, and she describes her experience with the speakers well, too.
Ceci & Lewis are superstars! This channel has reached a new high!!! Well done Adrian!! The level of professionalism and expertise shows and represents AE... No longer the bum dress down jersey short wearing of the old. This now has class
An excellent episode, the young lady really brought out the best of the two professionals in the room it was more real world.Dont get me wrong the highly trained ear of the pros does count immensely.A great concept to have a novice on to give their opinion!
Recently ordered my Serafino's in combination with the new Lumin P1 Mini which will arrive coming tuesday October 15th. Can't wait although I have to but I'm really enthusiastic already. I will drive them NOT with McIntosh but with Mark Levinson 5805!!
How would you compare it to the older Serafino? I appreciated the previous Serafino over the Olympica Nova line because they had less presence in the 1K range and osundeed smoother by comparison. Does the G2 have the same voicing?
Long video but nice to hear those different views about these speakers. Would be nice to know if you tell us more about the total setup (source, loudspeaker cables, streaming service etc.), the speaker placement (as SF most of the times requires a lot of space around them and Lewis talked about the positioning) and how these speakers will work with other amplifiers (McIntosch MA8950/9500, Hegel H590, etc.).
I enjoy listening to electronic especially trance music and I want speakers good enough to be able to tell what synthesizer or VST plugin they are using.
Janis Ian Seventeen is one of my reference songs for evaluating equipment. It is well recorded and has all the elements needed to know if the component is good or not.
Great new format for this review. I'd love to know what equipment, aside from amp, that was used ie. streamer, cables? Also, given that the MA8950 review was a bit of a debacle, would love to know how these speakers sound with that amp! thank you all, great job.
That sense of heartsease (where you actually sigh) i’ve experienced listening to a Magico system at a Hifi show a couple of years back they played Beethoven piece. AND at 17 is one of my favourites and i recommend a follow up with the first time ever i saw your face by Roberta Flack. To bring you up a bit follow with Heard it Through The Grape Vine by Marvin Gaye and then Elgar’s Cello Concerto in E Minor Op 85 i Adagio Moderato Anna Clyne. The whole piece allegedly written for A friend’s son killed in WW1 and reflects the cannons as heard from the British Countryside. There’s also a movie about a famous Cello prodigy performer Jacqueline Du Pre who died of MS and this was one of her last performances
Hi , Adrian & Ceci & crew , It is Shame that you don’t play some music through the loud speakers so you’re audiophile people to listen, Here is someone that I listen to, Anette Askvik, Liberty, I think this is a great piece of music, As I think she has a great voice and there is saxophone playing. I hope you enjoy even if you cannot pay it back so we can listen to it. PHIL FROM THE DARK SIDE OF THE MOULIN FRANCE
Just watched another video that played after this video. We use to be able to get some insight about new gear with these videos despite the obvious sales tactics. Now there’s nothing to take from them. Like watching a kids show
Absolutely fantastic speakers! I was awe-struck when I got to hear those Serafino in that room. ... Goosebumps, .. shivers .. tears.. laughter. ... I was speechless. LOVE love love them. ... Incredibly realistic and lifelike. Bravo! I am 100% coming back to listen again .. They are Perfect. Thanks for the videos!! I enjoyed the editing on this one!! Great work!! =)
My Brother You Say You Like ( John Denver ) Music 🎶 🎵 ? Then You Have 2 Play His Amazing Impeccable Song 🎵 Called ( Sunshine On My Shoulder ) OK 👍 Promise You Will Love ❤️ It 👍 👌 ENJOY
Hmm…I wonder what the odds were that anyone there would actually say anything negative about a speaker that cost over 25k? The whole thing was kinda pointless and predictable. 🥴
Please don’t let him start off the video. I didn’t want to hear more than 30 seconds after he started rambling. It’s just not an intelligent conversation anymore and ruins it as now instead of it being a high end respectable company it’s like we’re getting one of the three stooges that hasn’t died yet

Wow the details of emotion from Ceci is incredible, I believe Adrian has found a new Star for Audio Excellence! Keep it coming..
I had nothing to do with it. The new interns are amazing

Great job CC! Thanks for sharing AEC!
I appreciate Ceci's contribution, and please have her in more videos if she would like to participate.
Well she has been in the last three, so I think you won't hafta worry about that

This conversation is a prime example of audiophiles using music to listen to their system and music lovers using the system to listen to their music.

I just want to know what you get upgrading from an Olympics Nova 5 to the serafino.
Did you upgrade ?
Im considering getting a used pair of serafinos
Yes its like double price?
Did Lewis like these more than the SabrinaX? What are the sonic differences between Wilson and SF? Love the channel. Thx!

Adrian for someone who listens to metalcore music mostly but also classic rock and blues would you recommend the Serafinos or the Wilson Yvette’s you talked about? Thank you!
Yes, it’s all about music.
Thanks to be guided by you this way.
Would like to know how this differs from the olympica series
Ceci is really stylin' here, giving off Audrey Hepburn or Lucille Ball vibes with her clothing choice. Well done. Oh, and she describes her experience with the speakers well, too.
Great job Ceci!
I was wondering how they compare to the Sasha DAW?
Good job Cici on the review. You speak what is in your mind and not following typical reviews jargons.

That's excellent content, very insightful!
What are the main differences between the old and the new Serafino?
Hi, Adrian great video Ceci is a real find. l like her perspective on how emotionally present she seems to be.😁🎧👍🇦🇺
Thanks Shane, yes she is great, and Tristan is doing a fine job with the set ups and editing
Wow what a review awesome, verbalized emotion, what us guys find very difficult

What will be the similarities and differences in comparison to the Wilsons?
Refreshing to hear Ceci's comments on HiFi gear. No audiophile jargon used.
Well done!
A great tribute from Sonus Faber, to hear it described as emotional and sweet.
Janis Ian was SNL’s first ever Musical Guest in Season 1, Episode 1 in 1975. She performed “At seventeen “… The song is a master piece.

Loved your review of these. Would like to know your opinion of combining these with a Burmester front end?
I really enjoy when CeCe is part of these reviews.

there some of the quality that are coming from the speakers, but also the amplifier... at what point can we distinguish those 2 ?
Ceci has the X Factor - Sonus Faber has always been a go to speaker and paired with the new 200 series from Naim, it absolutely hits the mark.
I enjoy listening to electronic especially trance music and I want speakers good enough to be able to tell what synthesizer or VST plugin they are using.

Hi,
Thanks for posting the video. Do You recommend these loudspeakers to pair with D’AGOSTINO amps?
I like the Olympica Nova 5. How about a review?

It is the Multifuser DC3 by Vicoustic.
