- In the nation's capital, a pro-lifer was sentenced to more than 4 years in prison for violating the FACE Act. This comes after Lauren Handy was part of a rescue at a local abortion business. Her attorneys say they will appeal the conviction. Lawyer from the Thomas More Society, Martin Cannon, joins to share how Lauren is doing and tells us why he says this conviction is "a miscarriage of justice". Lauren was arrested following a rescue attempt at an abortion business in August 2023. Cannon discusses what the pro-lifers did that day and why they are accused of violating the FACE act. He tells us more about how several other pro-lifers will be sentenced in DC this week.

God's Law is straightforward & unchanging - it's designed to protect the most vulnerable in our midst. Everything being upside down in this world, those who seek to uphold that Good Law get punished, while the real villains go free. But Divine judgment will prevail.

The Federal government should NOT be sending any more money to Planned Parenthood or any abortion clinics as this is now in the purvue of the state. The federal government should not any longer be enforcing 'federal laws' around abortion clinics, and allow the states to have that responsibility.

The judge told the jury it's not about abortion which is biased there... the whole protest was about abortion. It's not just access to rights it's the rights for the people in the womb
So shocking to hear this sentence. Having had a profound conversion 16 years ago with a gift of illumination of conscience, I pray for the world to receive this gift of seeing Jesus on the Cross emitting white and red lights every few seconds to truly repent and return to God. Pray for all to know and respect God's natural law on the sanctity of life and the sacredness of marriage.

@@austinreed5431 America was founded as a Christian nation with our pledge of allegiance to one nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all. It is losing its moral compass drifting toward wokeism which is a banner under communism that I escaped from in 1981. We must work to restore our country to its founding ideal of a shining city on the hill and the beacon of hope for the world that it once was under the Reagan administration.

@@austinreed5431 I have done my research by visiting some of the first settler pilgrims sites and there was an abundance of evidence of practicing Christianity when they first came to America. They fled Europe by boat to escape religious persecution in Europe like I did 43 years ago to escape communism after the fall of Saigon. The founding fathers put into the Constitution the separation of church and state to prevent our government from imposing religion on the people. They would be rolling in their graves to know that we are using it as a weapon to silence and censor each other when someone talks about God in a public place.

I don’t know what she did, but that the law thinks this is worse than the Pro-Palestinian protests or those blocking major roads, is wicked in itself.
