It's no good to keep it inside. Why in hell does it take your Drs so bloody long to get back to you? I realize they have other patients but it's inexcusable that they haven't got back to Sooz for her epidural or you to have your procedures done. I would be bugging them non stop. Seeing Sooz in pain on the settee brings back a memory of my lovely Mary. The week before she went into the hospice she was exactly the same on her settee at her home. You feel so helpless. Emma, PLEASE start therapy. Not only will it help you in the here and now, but it will help you cope in the long run. Even if you have to go private, it’s going to be so worth it. You need more support than just UA-cam, somewhere you don’t have to censor what you say because you know Sooz will see it. This is such a painful time in your life and seeing a therapist will be hugely beneficial, I’m sure of it. ❤

Seeing Sooz in pain on the settee brings back a memory of my lovely Mary. The week before she went into the hospice she was exactly the same on her settee at her home. You feel so helpless. Emma, PLEASE start therapy. Not only will it help you in the here and now, but it will help you cope in the long run. Even if you have to go private, it’s going to be so worth it. You need more support than just UA-cam, somewhere you don’t have to censor what you say because you know Sooz will see it. This is such a painful time in your life and seeing a therapist will be hugely beneficial, I’m sure of it. ❤
