CORD AROUND NECK DETECTION FOR STUDENTS- DR PRADEEP SRINIVASAN REFER SERIES

Cord around neck is very commonly seen in fetuses and are not considered as a finding for initiating fetal intervention .Nuchal cord can be detected by using color doppler in sagittal and axial planes of fetal neck.Dr S Pradeep.

nice simple explanation... just an addition with your permission, if on the grey scale on a sagittal section of the cervical spine, we see the "dent- depression" like structure posterior to the spine, it should prompt us to put on color.. thank you for your teachings.. your videos are always very beautiful/..- Shriraam Ayyar
