    Struggling with the fat content limit when it comes to plant based omega 3 rich foods like flax seeds. Do those have the same effects as other fats? Have there been studies comparing the effects of the fats in avocados, tofu , and seeds with other types of fats? I have seen low cholesterol numbers when I have been eating both flax seeds and avocados in abundance

    This is very interesting and I use cronometer to make sure I get my vitamins, but I like to see calories and track weight. I use it in conjunction with google docs to make a spreadsheet of a rough estimate of my daily food cost.
    By the way I am not diabetic but do Starch Solution so I could lower my total serum cholesterol.
    I'm amazed how much fruit is on your sheet and it's awesome, although I personally eat lots of starches, also. Also, I'm impressed you maintain your visible trimness with days like 4k in calories! I don't exercise as I should and can get by with 2.3k max without gaining weight, but I am 140 lb.

      They have a web page and an app (on ios and probably other phone OS). It is free for most functionality.
