- what a stressssful week. Honestly when it comes to exam weeks I need to get better at having stronger testing stamina becuz literally I cannot keep the motivation haha. I don't know maybeeee I need to make my coffee from double to quad shot espresso or something cuz something ain't working out lol..
Anyways for those of you guys that are also in midterms week, find that burning fire somewhere if youre getting burnt out and keep pushing forward!
It's almost overrrr I promise.
I hope that you've found that one special endeavor that makes you feel more alive than anything and push towards achieving that thing that makes you the happiest person.

I just want to tell to allll the nursing student out there that even if u are an average student it ok..just give ur best because at the end of the day(once u start working) grades doesn’t define how of a competent nurse you are, its how you deal with ur patients and provide care (in ur innovative way) So even if you just pass the test its more than enough.
And believe me whatever u r being taught doesn’t come handy (maybe 30% comes in handy) when u start working ❤❤

@@Asiandramaadict It depends on the program you're in! If you go straight to university after high school, usually 4-5 years because it includes general education. There are accelerated programs for degree holders, those are typically under 2 years.

I know how you feel. I have to record my lectures and get someone to help me with my notes because I have a disability called Central Processing Disorder. It is where I cannot understand someone who is talking too fast and I cannot be able to learn all of the instructions, lectures, reading material, etc. I also do get anxiety when it comes to test and being late with assignments and forgetting things as well. Again I do know how you feel. You are not alone.
My finals for second year are coming up, the only reason I've been doing all nighters rn is because I have holidays, n I'm much more productive at night, but closer to exams, I would never... I get too overwhelmed if I have to cram, so I like to revise way in advance... Another thing, I often get burn outs near to exam season, I can't do much about it, but this is why I start revision in advance... So I don't fall behind 💛

Try nursing made incredibly easy for rn subjects give nclex questions. Great study tool. I aced my exams and rarely read thick expensive books. Used quizlet too. That was years ago. Good luck on exams.

Quick med surg question! did Noah have any clear fluid coming from his ear? If so, what would that indicate as a possible sequella from the accident? and you are doing the right thing in how you study - a prof at CWRU did a study on deep learning and there is a connection there. But cramming usually remains surface learning, and therefore not such a great choice. And a tip from a nurse: don't just skim the questions - it is an Admiral Akhbar moment of NCLEX proportions - it is a trap you do not want to fall into, because you will miss something important.
