This recording is from an English recording from the mid 1970's by Hungarian born Swedish pianist Janos Solyom (b. 1938).
It has been carefully restored from an original 33RPM pressing.

I have that vinyl recording. Not having the ability to play it I sought this UA-cam recording. Thank you so much. Brings back wonderful memories of my blossoming youth and love of Rachmaninov.
