Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Apricot jam i tbsp
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
Egg 2 at room temperature
Sugar 100 gm - 1/2 cup
Vanilla sugar 8 gm - 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil 100 ml - 1/3 cup
Yogurt 150 ml - 2/3 cup
All purpose flour 200 gm - 1 cup + 2/3 cup
Baking powder 15 gm - 3 tsp
Grease the pan size 26*18 cm with butter and flour
Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 65-70 minutes
