MCR split up after 12 years, right before their thirteenth birthday, so they were basically 12 years-old, the year before their teenage years, and what is this song about? Being afraid of teenagers. MCR is afraid of being teenagers. And they are supposed to come back in late 2019, and 2019 would be their last teenage year if they stayed together. Late 2019 though, would be the start of their 20th year which means if they did come back, they would never have to live their teenage years.

Yep, it's the beginning, at the beginning of The Wall the song In The Flesh part 1 is playing when the teenagers break down the gate to the venue where the concert is, and then they're sitting there in their seats motionless while he sings "So ya, thought ya, might like to...go to the show..."
