I recently bought a 1835M cab tractor. I spent the first 35 years of my life on tractors full time. They were all gear drive open station and really took a toll on my body. I put about 30,000 hours on tractors during my life. This tractor makes running a tractor fun. It is so nice to operate in all kinds of conditions. The hydrostatic transmission works great for unloading big bales off of a semi. It is very quick and predictable. The ability to adjust the response time on the transition from forward to reverse is the nicest thing. I am pretty aggressive and run it near the top. It took a few minutes to get accustomed to it, but I am very proficient now. While using it to scoop dirt I turned it down just a little bit and found it to be perfect. I have been amazed at how well it will fill the bucket with unbroken earth. In turtle and just give the peddle enough to keep the tires just before break-loose and it will just push until it is full. No spinning tire holes just fills the bucket.
Thank you for sharing your experience with it. Do you still like it? Hoe many hours on your MF now? Any issues? Sorry for all the questions. I am thinking of getting one.
i have a 1835 m with cab love the tractor comfy and seems to really get its torque at 100 hrs it starts great in really cold weather i use it mainly in winter with a 66 in blower on municipal sidewalks i have a 7.5 ft fisher plow that works great the finish on this model is geat on the 1700 series rust after rust after the first winter was not happy no warranty on rust
I have a 2706 (60)hp and i love it!! I like a gear tractor better. Call me old school. I plow and till a lot for food plots. The soft start is an awesome feature.
I have the 1835m. I'm happy with it, a tad light on the rear but I'm used to slightly heavier duty tractors. I'll probably leave a small implement connected on the back to keep it waited down. Maybe even leave a backhoe attachment on it.
We have 1735m we love it. Gotta love the Red too

How come you don't put weight in the tires
@@MattSmith-vl8zp generally not sure I want to add weight that would be hard to remove
Try RimGuard
