This Tractor the Massey-ferguson in the 1800M series leaves ALL other competitors in the Dust!! With the power-shuttle transmission, high volume hydraulic, precision & extremely quiet engine, duel entry, ground level fueling, three-point linkages, loader linkages ( 175 degree bucket rotation)[ no other manufacturers come close], rider ergonomics (seat, controls,&comfort), the list just goes on & on. They are the best!! Have a 2016 1736 (very, very similar). My friend liked mine so much he bought a 2018 1735m. These are the BEST tractors over-all in the 35- 60 horsepower class. Also have a 2016 Kubogy MX5200 l compare it to daily ( it's just ok). The Massey-ferguson 1736 is a GREAT-GREAT tractor just like all it's predecessors or precursors in this full line-up of premium tractors 35 -60 horsepower. The 20% extra cost equals 50% more value over all. Going to get another one some day.
Don't forget the tie downs on the front @ 11:09. I'm not sure if that's standard on the M or not, but every tractor manufacturer should include tie downs for transporting. Not like they are cheap @ $20-60+ k and a $20 bracket can help secure it from people damaging them from chains or the front steering and securing the load properly. If people see a proper secure point to use they will use it. The only thing about Massey is their PTO numbers seem low especially the hydrostatic vs competitors. A Kioti CK 3510 is 34.9 hp and has 28.9 PTO. A 1835 has 36.2 hp and 25. 7 PTO. A 1840 has 39 .4 hp and only 27.9 PTO. SOMETHING DOESN'T ADD UP?
I really like the power shuttle. That is awesome. All other power shuttle tractors only offer that in much higher HP models

No lever to control the hitch height from the pto area on the 1800 M? There is no tier V. At Least not yet.
Hey Chase, good reviews. On the 1835 what's the difference in the M series vs the EH series? Thanks!
Is it possible to add a power top link?
So that's not a A hydro??/ and what is the PTO hp?
