I mean the kid was truly amazing. Not just an ordinary student, but a star pupil for sure. This was nine years ago, so if she continued I'm sure she's among the very best there is nowadays.
God..us Irish know how to have a good time. .absolutely brilliant
God be praised 🙌
This brush dance and the music (with a slight twist) would be t home in our US bluegrass festivals. Irish and Scottish roots to our music and dance.
They are fantastic I love the little girl she was adorable. I love the Irish culture. My mother’s family are from Ireland
Your mother’s people you say? Most families in the English speaking ,ex colonies have a little Irish blood in their veins.
@@stephenbrockett710 exactly!

Am speechless here in New Hampshire, USA! Great job by those two young ladies. Wonderful band, too! WOW!!!
I've loved just about everything Irish as long as I can remember...just this year I found out I was Irish!

This is why I love the Irish. God Bless'um!
Holy Mary, if this was recorded 10 years ago, I can't image how many hearts this enchanting you lady has broken!!!
I can't get enough of watching this. What talent
I can imagine how many BA degrees she may have. Perspective, ain't it a different view depending on how ya look at it.
Oi, mate, move yer arse!
So joyful! What a great performance! That little girl must be all grown up by now and is hopefully carrying on with the dancing!
What fun !!! Even eight years later and 4000 miles away.
Absolutely the best things I have
ever seen in my entire life of 73 years, without a doubt.
This brought the grandest smile to my face. I'll have to make sure I plan my next trip to Ireland so that I can come through Clifden during the music festival.

I assumed (with aaaaahhhhh 🤗 ) that they were mother and daughter but my assumption fizzled out when they went their separate ways at the end of the dance… they may, or may not, even be related? but they dance beautifully, even delightfully, together! Thank you for sharing this video - uplifting - a pleasure to listen and to watch such joy and talent!!! 🍀 🎁 🥳
I read the video description. It is a dance teacher and a very good student.
Teacher and student
La piccolina e' fantastica !!!!!
What i get from this, aside from an amazing display of talent and culture, is that if you so much as hand the Irish a broom they'll find a way to make a party out of it
I love your dance!!! 💞
Молодцы!!!💯💣💥👍👍👍🤝🤝🤝👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏
Beautiful, just beautiful is the only word needed.
Wonderful dancing. The little lady is a talent. This looks a lot like a ho-down in the Apalachians.
Wood Maven Well,Ireland’s where it all started 🤷🏻♀️
@@lourdesbaby964 → I always thought that.
The first migration from Ireland to America was to the Appalacians in the 1700s, mostly by the Scots Irish. It was the origin of "Country Music".
The second migration was post famine in the 1800/1900s, mostly to the American cities. Irish Gaelic and Scots Gaelic are closely related languages, and spread from N E Ireland into the Highlands and Islands of Albann/Alba - Scotland.
The Irish brought the Sean nos dancing to the Appalachian’s.😊
Hoop dance by NA what ever ya want to call it , expression of emotions / stories
The original Molly maids lol pure class.
