When I first tried balut I was not a fan. The juice was ok and the yoke. I had a hard time putting down the beak, lol😫

The balut soup is great. But as for the egg and the duck embryo, i put it in a cup then mixed so the two would complement in taste. Otherwise, the embryo alone can be overpowering especially if you taste the bone and the hairy parts. Haha.

@@OKChuck yeah, mix it like the filipino dessert Halo Halo. I can down 3 or 4 but prudence dictates to eat 2 baluts at a maximum. And not everyday.
