Wow, this video was so helpful. I learned so much about the different locations to crack the crab legs to get all of the meat. I was probably unintentionally throwing away crab meat before. Love this video...thank you Brandi!! 🙌🏽🔥💜
I'm from Maryland, been a fan of blue crabs my entire life. I've been craving crabs, my local grocery store only has king crab legs. I don't have a steamer and I was wondering today if I could do it in the instant pot. And this video was SO helpful! I really like your style too lol. And when the crab gets everywhere, sometimes it be like that! But thats just part of the fun!!! Thanks so much for the video!
Recently bought some crab claws and stumbled upon this video after looking up insta pot recipes and such! I think you've earned a subscribe from me. This was super helpful, even right down to how to crack legs and where you focus with the cracking tool.
@@staysnatched Awesome. I asked because I remember you mentioned not keeping them in water to keep the flavor in the meat. Soggy crab meat can be the worst!
I came across this after watching a video of a guy preparing smoked crab legs. Having a pressure cooker, I knew there had to be a video of the process.
L😂eft over anyone please raise your hand if your have leftovers of crab legs I have not had the pleasure to meet a person that has and absolutely love to be friends 😂
I agree but we want a recipe. If we want a lesson on different types of crab, we'll look up a video on that subject. You spent 4 and a half minutes on different crab...
You are hilarious! I'm enjoying 2 lb of crab legs in your honor. You gave me the smile I needed today
Made this recipe, added extra seasoning came out great! Crabs were crunchy and easy to break. No more using my teeth!
Wow. Beautiful and informative. Thank you.
I love using distilled water it forces more moisture into whatever your cooking. Just basic osmosis.

I agree, boilig in the water is the worse. I love baking them, I need to buy an Instapot now thanks!
Fantastic
Thank you! Excellent presentation.
Very good way since it should steam them plump, especially when the crabs are running skinny on the meat.
Amazing video! When you defrost, you put them in a bowl in the fridge with no water, correct?
Sure, you can do that.

Question, did you cook for one min on high pressure?
Appreciate it ! Thank you ! Trying this tonight !
Great job
great video! Thank you
I've got an instant pot and an air fryer. Which do you recommend for crab legs?
Depends on how you like them. If you want flavor baked into them, then air fryer.
@@staysnatched ah thank you. That's the way I tried it and they were good! Great video
ONE MINUTE? I'M TRYING THIS TOMORROW
Exactly what i just said
Thank YOU I WILL TRY IT
I use a pressure cooker whenever I can to speed up the process without ruining the meal. Pinto beans in 45 minutes for example.
One thing I would do differently is make sure the bottom of the crab legs touching the sauce… that’s how it gets the flavor.
"You should really be eating your crab legs fresh" I do I do
You didn’t say pressure high or low?
High, can't think of a single thing I've made with low pressure.

RIghhhttt. Because it's better to not talk at all and then have a lot of questions and comments I have to reply to on this video. Get over it.
