Firstly, yes, learning to take criticism or feedback (which is a softer word for it), is so important for growth and improvement. I remember the cafeteria coffee and morning crits were grueling!!! Secondly, I wrote a message on the Linkin Park web site once to thank them for the song, "Iridescent". It resinated so deeply with me. I was heartbroken when I learned that Chester wasn't able to "let it go," and so he let go. My thoughts go out to his loved ones.
