Just had one of their clients call me. They have left this guy with exposed TU Plus and hip and ridge metal nailed in for 2 years. Ended up they never ordered his tile and say it still hasn't been manufactured, truly pathetic. Client says he would have taken any damn tile at this point. But we all know CMR will have to tear it all off and start over to get the permit closed out. I feel horrible for the guy. Their collapse started two years ago and they have been lying out their teeth since then. Researched and found 600 NOC filed in just one county!!! This kids is what happen when you amp up the sales and completely forget about the production, which matters the most. Of course our governor made it all a bigger mess scaring the crews out of the state, because they definitely ran off.

I’ve watched so many Roofing Contractor & Insurance (Badger-BS) interviews & video’s & I am absolutely DISGUSTED & 1000% Distrustful of ALL Roofers/Contractors/Roofing CO’s.

Companies fail becuase employees and salesman are not happy and they leave and then the companies lose their top sales people and the company starts laying off employees because they are not making the same revenue as last year and the company making so much money invested in other stuff and they start struggling to find good sales.
