6 of 10 has become absolutely essential to most of the armadas I run on a daily basis. I usually avoid playing him on the stella however because the outlaw research ends up making him redundant. But when some of our smaller player, with less developed ACC, want to hit hi lvl we usually run 2 or 3 ships ryker khan 6. With someone running hull breach by round 7 or 8 our ships are hitting for easily 4 million dmg and up with maybe a quarter lost to mitigation, ~10m dmg combined. I understand giving up shield regen on an ENT might not sound wise, but without 6 I end up losing upwards of 50% of my dmg output!

I run alot of solo armadas with my level 4 enterprise with 5/10 - 6/10 and Kirk on lvl 33 armadas, and that gives a really good payout... Absolutely worth it
He is good, did the math on him a while back, but not as good as 5 in the captains chair, and so no bridge space for him with Kirk and Spock, except on an Enterprise (or maybe Crusher, 5,6 but I've not unlocked her yet). 56kirk was my go to Enterprise crew for a long time. As an alliance we can easily do rare 35s so I run Geordi, 5, kirk instead. 38s are a bit out of our reach without ACC 39, might be worth trying with co-ordinated crews
Good officer to highlight. Buttttt my vote is Five. She is to armadas as Pike is to hostiles. Five six kirk on an Ent is god tier for armadas. Five should absolutely be capt in every armada, unless it's an eclipse then her bonus payout is 'meh'.
9:58 Sorry, i would have taken Cpt.5of10 + 6of10 + Khan (amazing combo) but he was far away on my Enterprise and i wanted to boost my Attack stat a little bit Edit: repeated the combat with captain 5of10 + 6of10 + Khan Same Armada, 18 Rounds not even lost shields, A Tier 7 centurion managed to equal a Tier 8 B'rel solo Performance with 6of10 Rank 3
My 2 cents. Those increasing piercing stats dont mean diddly if your ship dies early in the armada. I see many people swearing by your math and running 5, 6, Kahn. Firstly if you're running 5 as captain her stats requirement is at opposition to 6's requirement. That said I have noticed decreasing mitigation stats as armada level goes up meaning your ship is taking more damage at larger armadas. I would think if you're going to run 5 as captain, 7 would make a better choice than 6 as a side car. Especially if using a ship such as the Enterprise which would require Kirk as a side car. The bottom line is this, 6 isn't working if your ship died early in the armada because you didn't maximize your own mitigation ability. Thoughts?
Every officer which requires the ship to be alive to activate is worth diddly if the ship blows up early. If you have a small guy in your armada who will die quickly, have them put pike, mor, gaila. The armada crit nerf is active entire battle. Or forge, 5, gaila...let them get a bigger piece of the rewards so they can grow
Has anyone else started having their monthly elite/choice/basic packs restricted so only the more expensive ones are now available to them in the store? And got the BS $copely answer of "player experience hasn't met certain requirements" as to why that is?

Not working great right now on sally (because of the low number of shots probably), kirk spock (max) kahn (2%) or 5/10 kirk spock or even 5/10 with 7/10 and kahn give me far better results right now
On an Enterprise you could run 5, 6, Kirk for your crew. It works well on my T4 Enterprise. You will raise your mitigation while lowering theirs and also get bonus rewards.
Random thought, would you be able to use Pike + Moreau to boost his ability further? Sub-optimal I imagine for actually fighting the armada but could be an interesting crew loadout...
You don't need to. His ability is cumulative and will max out. You're better off with a smaller increase in piercing per round and not giving up a captain and bridge officer slot.

So... is a Tier 1 6 supposed to work on a Max Sally? I went through the first 6 rounds of a level 38 rare armada, and the mitigation stayed pretty much at 65.5%. By round 9 it had dropped to maybe 65.4%, but that could be roundoff error too. The final round, 10. I got to 65.3%--maybe. Assuming that isn't roundoff error, that doesn't seem like much bang for the buck.
The Sally only fires twice every 4th round, and once the other three. 6's bonus is cumulative based on shots per round, so not as effective on a Sally, even maxed. I run Gorkon, Crusher, Cap't Tilly on my Sally; not the best probably but keeps the mitigation on the Sally up to max so she can fire that big gun every 4th

Best you can hope for is someone having burning, and you running 5/10, 6/10, Ash Tyler. Both Ash and 6 feed off of attack stats.

That would be 10% stat increase per round (half synergy), but the burning with Nero is half baked at best.
