After leaving the campground, we decided to try the KY Dam Villiage Restaurant, Harbor Lights. This was Easter day (2024) so they did require reservations. We were told they do this on special holidays. Everything was buffet and there was a lot to choose from. There was Lamb on the buffet which made Charlie very happy :) If you haven't tried the restaurant and are hungry, we would definitely recommend you give it a try.
Thank you so much for watching.

Thanks so much, Chris. Absolutely agree!
Enjoy
We did😊 Thank you !
That reminds me of Meadowview in Kingsport, Tennessee, all you can eat, crab legs, and seafood buffet on Friday nights
I can tear up some crab legs! Some of the Chinese restaurants around here used to do the crab legs too. No one does it anymore.
What a neat area. Glad Charlie got his lamb. I can't do lamb, too gamey for me but everything else yall got I could do.
Yes, it is a pretty neat area. It's only about an hour from home for us. I only took the one bite. It's good, but not something I can eat much of. Charlie loves it :) The fish was really good, but still not as good as Charlie's lol ;)
The views are beautiful! The buffet had lots of options. The cake parfait was so pretty! Thanks for sharing a place that I have not heard of before. New subscriber!
Yes. We are in Kentucky. We camped at the campground and decided to have Easter dinner here. It was really good. Thank you so much for commenting and subscribing 🤗 We love your videos!
yes but the way that I was raised you eat what was on your plane thank you for the video
I was raised the same way. Charlie is good at cleaning his plate 🍽️ I generally take my leftovers home for the next day 😉 Thank you for commenting 😊
How much was it?? Everything look great!
Sorry for the late response, I thought I hit enter, but apparently I didn't ... ugh
Our price was $25.99 per person with grand total of $55.10 ;)
Years ago the buffet was much better, they even had a seafood buffet with all you can eat crab legs. Then the State cut back the budget. The price seemed the same.
Mmmm...I bet that was good! I also remember a little restaurant there right before you got to the dam with an all you can eat seafood buffet... If I'm not mistaken, it was called "Cumberland House".
Is there a buffet everyday, or just on occasions???
Harbor Lights has a buffet on Saturdays and Sundays. If they are expecting a lot of "village" traffic on certain days throughout the week, they will also provide a buffet. Otherwise, through the week, it is off the menu. Hope this helps!
@@HairesLastResortAdventures It sure did, thanks for the info
Sunday go to meet'n clothes 😄
Lol...not this day! ;)
Well If you just carry miniature bottles of whiskey, they will never know... I'm just saying. No outside alcohol,,, that's like a challenge.
Yall travelafe.

Lol....now that's a thought - JK! Well, evidently, you can take drinks out back on the patio. There were folks sitting out there with a little drink. I might have considered gettin' a cocktail. But, had to leave there and go to work 😞
Take your hat off inside, especially at the table! You know better.
You are correct, Gary. Thanks for the reminder!
