In episode 2 Joel tells us that some of the infected don't live very long but some of them have been alive for 20 years.
The infected are writhing in the sun bc fungus hates sunlight bc it dries them out.
The toy Sam is using is called a Magic Slate Paper Saver.
The kid clicker is a 9 year old contortionist.

Damn, that take on how the theme is about how far would you go for love is so sharp. I didn't realize it until now. And a lot of that is in the game, and I've played through that several times.

Joel said runners last about a month, stalkers are like 3 or 4 months I think? Clickers are a year or so. But he said some only last a month, some have been walking around for twenty years.
The infected can stay live for years. The longer they are alive, the more they mutate. They start off as runners. They progress to stalkers, clickers, shamblers, bloaters in that order.

For fan favorite characters, the Henry and Sam episode felt rushed.They should have made this a two-parter and flushed out the characters more. Otherwise, it was a great episode.
You get through the Henry and Sam part in the game in like 1 hour. They did pretty good 🤣🤣🤣

Nah, not for me.
The only reason I’d want more is because I really liked these versions of Henry and Sam, and just wanted to see more of them on screen, not because I thought it was rushed. But yes, it was a fantastic episode!
