@@InfinityLearn-JEEI have took the online course of infinity learn. When I taking searching my some online course for my jee preparation.. I found infinity learn and they convinced me to took their course. While taking the course I found that in April there were showing for grade 12th but I wanted for dropper. I told them I was for 12th but they told me lie that ' no in this we will teach both the classes ' I was not agreeing but day and night they were calling and made me to buy. And when I buyied it and classes started I was for 12th then I told a agent about it who gave me this batch. He told we will transfer you in 13th grade batch when available. And when I seen the classes I don't like it. I was not founding it helpful for me . And when I contacted them for refund after a lot of struggle since they were not responding to my emails and messages. They were making excuses.. I told them I don't like it and you people made me fool to buy another class course.. so they transfer me to 13th grade. But I told them for refund since I don't like teaching also .. they told you study for some days if don't like we will do refund. I told them that 13th grade batch are starting from 25 may but now my 7 days policy will over then at that time you will tell.. we can't refund... Then they told no.. after 25th may 7 days will be over.. so when time camed I told them agent about refund. He told me he will respond tomorrow. And they he is ignoring my messages.. calls. No respond to emails... 4-5 days I tried very hard.. with outer no. Emails.. and then call came.. and on call they refused to refund .. and agreeing what they told earlier and under the policy also time was there but they don't agree... He talked me very rudely even...🥲 My money got wasted... I don't know how I will tell my father ... They just damage my mental health and used every mean to make me victim of their scam.. the course was of 28.5 k
