They are offering scholarship for Ramapuram campus
Wherein our own sources are not recommending to take admission
With so many private universities in Engineering and each one conducting their own entrance exam
We are bound to face hurdles and uncertainty

My son get CSE in KTR but I am not interested due to the very high fee structure and average package after 4 years

Whatever fees you are showing for VIT / Amrita is scholarship fees. If someone capable of getting seat with scholarship, definetly he/she would be getting seat in NITs. Non-scholarship fees at VIT is 5Lakhs and Amrita is 3.5 Lakhs. ... plus Hostel

If we don't consider fees then in reputation SRM is equivalent to VIT and manipal and also similar in infra.

One of my friends has been allotted a seat in SRM Ramapuram and she had a rank of 18k in phase 2. Can she also appear in the 3rd phase and try for CSE Kattankulathur, or is it compulsory now to accept the seat and pay in order to secure it?
She can appear for phase 2 aswell
